The Loremasters (writers of middle earth and beleriand) What I suspect will cause the most research. (Dirhaval, Pengolodh, Aelfwine, Bilbo, Frodo) I'm positive I'm missing people. If anybody has more information please throw it my way.

Luthien and Beren Illuminated manuscripts of these two dorks bumbling (mostly beren to be honest) onwards to claim their brideprice. Will force myself to use my metallic paints even if it ruins everything

Of course these will be completed and posted in no particular order, or I just might shitpost doodles of Mim until I die. Who knows? The world is a mysterious place and full of wonder.

At Ontario's Art Gallery 'Making Her Mark' exhibit I finally lived my dream of doodling masterpieces at a museum while trying not to be awkward or in the way. Sappho the poet is turning to Cupid saying "hey women are pretty neat", and I just gotta agree.

I just had an odd artistic mid-life crisis equivalent of buying a boat by spending a stupid amount of money of mechanical pencils.

It didn't fix all my life problems, but they're nice.

I spent the weekend testing them out. Just a big beautiful lady with big hair holding a big bundle of flowers.

Welp, the next Monster Slayers drawing has turned into a DISASTER so this month is a bust. It's at a point where I think it's unsalvageable and will just have to start over from scratch.

For a few months I've been churning the idea of making a travel/food blog and setting it in a fantasy world I made in my teens.

I recently rummaged through all my old stories and drawings to hopefully fill in some gaps in my memory on the finer details of the world (15 years is a loooooooong time).

I wasn't expecting to be blown away by genius or anything but ohmygod it read like a 1000k dragon ball z/sailor moon/legend of zelda high school drama fanfic written by a 13 year old.

It was a lot of people getting angry over who was dating who and fight scenes that dragged on FOREVER.

90% of it was absolutely useless. lmfao

But I got the map, which is honestly the only thing that I really wanted.

@eilinelsghost's Atandil series has given me so much life this year. I'm sure the dozen of finrod/beor fans need no introduction. The scene where Finrod gifts him the opulent sun embroidered robe was so compelling I just had to draw it.

Uuh, when I get confident enough with paints I'll return to paint the sun. Right now I'm too worried I'll ruin it. Until then consider this finished.
