Hello Secret Santa! I haven’t been ignoring you, I’m just useless when it comes to getting back to people. Glad you liked RUSSIANFUDGE and A Sonnet. Tbh, I don’t think that the Candle Wasters intended to reference What We Do In the Shadows, but you would have to ask them as I’m not sure. We spoke with Russian accents as a reference to the characters in Loves Labour’s Lost dressing up as Russians. Hope you’re having a great day/night, wherever in the world you are. xxx

NMTD Secret Santa 2015 Launch

2015 was a big year for the Candle Wasters fandom. Lovely Little Losers started on 16 July 2015, The Candle Wasters announced their next project Bright Summer Night, meet-ups here held in New Zealand, London and New York to name just a few exciting events. Let’s end 2015 on a Merry Note and participate in the 2015 NMTD & LL Secret Santa. 

Started by the lovely Wiebke @wibbelkind in 2014, it is a Secret Santa event in which you are given the name of a fellow NMTD/LLL fan to interact with over the month of December. That interaction could be sending nice messages, creating a playlist, making fan art, writing fanfiction; it’s up to you!

Rules:

  • You have from 4th November to 28 November 2015 to reblog this post in order to participate in the Secret Santa event
  • From 29 November onwards you will be given the name of your Secret Santa recipient in your Tumblr inbox
  • From December 1 you can contact your Secret Santa recipient. Don’t tell them your name! Ideally, you would contact them daily but it is up to you
  • On December 25 reveal your identity to your Secret Santa recipient
