UPDATE! Xkit has just updated the “Old Blue” extension. Open your Xkit on your dash and either select old blue, of if you were using it already like I was… click on its little icon under “my xkit” tab.

Select use old font family, and set the base font back to 14px  and everything is more or less back to normal :) A THOUSAND BLESSINGS ON the XK folks <3

Shoulda known we’d move away from the whole Mika/Yuu/Guren situation. Don’t care about Ferid or his patricide (matricide?) but whatever. Saito be looking fine this chapter at least. And yay! Urd is back!

I’ll reiterate: DO NOT REPOST

@kuroheishi “Don’t treate me like a dog oi!” He steps away to avoid the hand that is patting his head “Here.” he opens up his arms wide, trying to make his point more clear.

“So you don’t want att-” Mika stop in mid-word. Did Yuu want a hug? Why doesn’t he just…give Mika one himself. “Yuu-chan we are not kids anymore. We are too old for hugs.” He takes a step back….and run and tackled Yuu in a tight hug.

As if Mika would ever stop hugging his Yuu.

Yuu has seen Mika coming, but he doesn’t move away. He takes his family’s whole weight even if it knocks the air out of his lungs for a second. They land on the ground with a loud thud, but Yuu doesn’t let go of Mika, instead he wraps his arms as tight around his neck.

“Heh you still gave me one though.” Mika couldn’t see Yuu’s wide grin, but damn he was happy.

“This is a tackle not a hug.” Mika holds him tightly anyways.

“Yuu-chan...” He looks as though he was going to say something meaningful.

“....You....SMELL!”

“Have you showed today?”

dialogue prompts from worship of the common heart: new and selected stories by patricia henley.

  • i beg your pardon?
  • i’ve never been a good daughter.
  • i’m glad you’re here.
  • we’re all more prosperous now, aren’t we?
  • i wish i could see you more often.
  • this’ll go nice with the white wine.
  • time passes and you forget the worst.
  • this doesn’t have a damn thing to do with you and me.
  • we have our own memories.
  • don’t you want to know anything about me now?
  • is there something you want to tell me?
  • mind if i smoke? at the window?
  • i just remember that look you get. that silence.
  • you’re so unpredictable.
  • there are signs in life. signs that tell you what you have to do.
  • i hate to have to be the bearer of bad tidings.
  • surely you must have known?
  • we don’t always get to do what we want.
  • what is your problem?
  • i have to get up soon anyway.
  • liberated it, as we used to say.
  • you’re asking for trouble.
  • my cup runneth over.
  • you’re beautiful.
  • are you drunk?
  • you can’t prevent disasters.
  • you’re grieving about something.
  • you haven’t turned out so badly.
  • why don’t you mind your own beeswax?
  • you’ve got a little killjoy in you.
  • how did you get out of jail?
  • did you have a good holiday?
