i wish it were easier to ask people, “can i just have a little extra love today”

“I have been thinking of how I want to be touched by you, with hands that will play me like piano keys, with fingers that will make a symphony out of me.”

whenever i see "low in calories" im just like??? u mean. low in energy?? low in energy. that is what u r promoting to me??
a calorie is a literal unit of measurement for how much energy something gives u, so when a product is like "low in calories" im like. great. so the exact opposite I'm looking for in food.
I want you to know that this post has genuinely helped me feel better about eating, even if I’m not eating “”healthy”” things. When I start feeling bad, I remember that I’m fueling my body to get through the day and so it’s okay if the food is high in calories!!
Very genuinely, you helped at least one person with an ED feel better about the food they eat.
Oh my god I love this post.
For a while I was so obsessed with the numbers, which is such a terrible mindset, "counting calories" like yeah I had this 253 cal meal so I can only eat ___ for dinner like WHAT I'm sorry, WHAT I hate how I actually believed this, believed that is what food was about, some sort of fucked up counting game, no, No , NO food is fuel, food is privilege, don't let them brainwash you into thinking they are just numbers.
With all that said, the meaning behind this post isn't "go eat three hamburgers a day" (which you absolutely could but I guess you could feel a little sick) the meaning is that you should eat whatever you like, get the nutrients you need, while adding balance & physical activities (walking for exmp) cause our body needs it !
when someone loves you - really loves you - treat them gently. text your best friend back when you can. tell your mother you noticed her haircut and that she was right about that recipe. tell your grandfather that the boats in his bottles are the best things you’ve ever seen. be good to the people who are good to you. it’s the least you can do.
step 1: I go down on you
step 2: you take Polaroids
step 3: you keep them in your wallet
