Psssssst....

....Pssssst hey guys, I’ not really ready to say it out loud but,... about chapter 99...

1. I think the one dressed up as the Marley hero is actually Levi

and I hope he is because I really want to see him in that outfit . Eren with the long sexy hair and Levi with that outfit ? I’d be the happiest woman in the world ;).

2. Pieck totally took a chance to wisper that somthing was off when he hugged that guy.

3. Willy is totally being forced to say that stuff by Eren and his allies (which will turn out to be Zeke and the asian clan).

4. It was an awesome chapter, and 100 will probably be even better.

Life wasn’t generally kind to Levi. Which was why on his sixteenth birthday, he didn’t bother staying up late to see if a soulmark appeared on his wrist. People like him didn’t get soulmates.

Any mark in Levi’s skin was generally put there with a fist.

So saying he was shocked when one appeared was an understatement, but it couldn’t be that easy, could it?

Life wasn’t kind to Levi, which must have been why Levi’s soulmark was written in a dead language that no one had spoken in three thousand years.

He couldn’t say he was surprised.

ur ereri analysis are the best thing i have read so far. thank you from heart

Oh wow thanks, I have been getting a few messages like this lately so I guess I’ll just take a few seconds to address this. I am really happy that you guys liked the analysis videos.

I decided to share them in their uncomplete, beta version mainly to see if people would have problems watching the whole thing on Youtube from their phones and tablets. ( as you may know when certain types of songs are used, Youtube only allows people to watch from a computer, telling everyone trying to access the site from another device that the video is ‘not availabe’ for them ) so I did not expect so much positive feedback from a mere test. (The video on youtube is not tagged so it must mean that all the views are just from the Ereri tumblr tag ) Thanks to everyone, l am glad you enjoyed. The series is being finished right now, and the remaining 2 videos along with the final version of the two I already posted will soon be available, and hopefully THOSE ones will play on every device.

What’s more important though is that I should not be getting all the credit for this ! My dear friend @thejaegersphere worked with me on these videos and he has been a wonderful help, being the amazing Ereri expert that he is. He supplied me with tons of informations, and overviewed the whole process.

Thanks to everyone.

Also, yes, I know that someone had reposted them on their blog so you don’t have to warn me about that, I am not mad at all, I don’t know why you thought I might be,… I appreciated that actually :)

My two favorite characters of all time cosplaying as two other favorites of mine.

I think that Levi, Eren, Light and L are some of the most intriguing and interesting characters in the manga world as of today.

Eren and Levi in particular.

Pure hearted men constantly forced to make choices that they’d rather not make just to give others a chance to one day live a better life than they did. Ruthless but selfless criminals in a world that didn’t deserve such purity to begin with. Unconventional heroes for an unconventional story.

Their existence and complexity in itself is poetry.

Is it Jeager, Jaeger, Jäger, Yeager, or Ackerman?

I laughed out loud with the last one because of what I think you’re implying xD.

But to take your question seriously:

  • Jäger: The way the original surname is spelled in German.
  • Jaeger: Another way to spell the one above, it was used before we had a confirmation of the official one. I believe it’s still the most used in fandom, so it makes sense to tag stuff like that if you want visibility.
  • Yeager: The official one, Isayama’s editor tweeted it. Also a legit surname, since it’s an alternative version of Jäger/Jaeger used by German inmigrants in America. It’s the one we should all use I guess but it’s hard for people to change once they are already used to Jaeger.
  • Jeager: Just mispelled, I don’t think this exists.

So which one to use? Honestly Jaeger or Yeager are both fine. Like I said I believe Jaeger is still the most used in fandom. But if you prefer to be 100% accurate then Yeager would be the best since it’s official.

i have a kind of feeling that eren is going to give his titan powers to falco

DISCLAIMER: This is my personal opinion. In no way am I stating what I say here is canon or completely accurate. if you disagree with my opinion, that’s perfectly fine! Everyone has a different interpretation, but if you are going to send me messages trying to argue points of view with me or send me hate messages; please do us both a favor and just don’t even bother with it.

I disagree highly here. If anything, I think Eren is relieved at the idea of Falco not inheriting the Armored Titan solely so he won’t have to kill him.

The way he makes his statement here immediately turns your thoughts to the 13 year life limit, but I don’t think that’s what he meant. Even if it is what he meant, why would he say this and then turn around and gift this kid he barely knows with the 13 year life limit? Makes no sense imo.

I think he’s referring to his own purpose for being there. Eren obviously wasn’t sent there to make friends. He’s there on a mission, and I believe part of his mission is to steal any titan power he can in a covert manor. Especially before they are passed off to someone else.

Eren seems to understand the life of the Warriors, and I do believe he sympathizes with them to a certain degree. Hence why he tells Falco that he hopes he lives a long life because he is a kind kid. I don’t think Eren is their to start a war. I believe he is there to end one by any means possible, and to do that; he’ll need his titan powers.

Plus, Eren has been the main protag for the entire series. Killing him off and giving his powers to a new kid when we’re reaching the end of the series would be… Just a bad move on Isayama’s part when it comes to story-telling. I love Falco. He is the ONLY warrior candidate I actually like, but I don’t think he’s going to be gifted the Rogue and Founding titan’s in place of Eren. I think he has a different purpose. I’m just not exactly sure what it is yet.
