if you care about palestinians, then i am begging you to not be antisemitic in your activism on their behalf. it does not help them. by making the diaspora less safe for jews, you support the argument that israel is the only guarantee for jewish safety. if anything it is a boon to the israeli right.

you should aim to make the world a better place and not a worse one. you should be strategic.

Are we really surprised? The Mary Sue A) hates Loki and B) is run by a bunch of fascists, so of course they'll take the side of the fascist organization. And anyway the interrogation was for finding their golden girl Sylvie so of course they'd be all for it.

But the version of Loki in the show came from a point in time before Frigga’s death so he wouldn’t have that reaction. Also after he was captured his whole timeline was destroyed by Mobius which killed everyone in it including Frigga. So actually MOBIUS killed Frigga. But the show ignores this because it has no continuity and also is dead set on portraying the irredeemable genocidal torturer Mobius as a good guy even though he has never showed an ounce of remorse or regret.

The TVA is a violent fascist organization. Their sole purpose is to commit genocide and acts of torture and police brutality. The fact that in S2 Larry (as I call the ooc mess of a non character player by Tom Huddleston bc he sure isn’t Loki) is willingly working for them and this is portrayed as “redemption” is horrifying.

The messaging of the show is so disturbing. They literally had “cutesy” ads featuring torture protocols and literal gas chambers. Mobius and Larry torturing a prisoner is portrayed as good and funny. It’s so twisted.

I take personal offence in that Loki didn’t get any cool shots in his own show. Yes, it’s subjective. But as far as I’m concerned every other show gave its characters cool shots! The ones in the Loki series were reserved for Sylvie—and good for her tbh, she got cool shots in every episode—but it still is annoying. And disappointing. Kinda sad.

I'm reminded of one of my favorite quotes from Sense and Sensibility, "It isn't what we say or think that defines us, but what we do." and I think that what you're doing is amazing.
