There are institutions in the world that will always exist. There will always be a government of some kind, whether it is democratic or totalitarian. There will always be religious institutions, providing the spiritual needs for many. There will always be institutions dedicated to learning, even if only those of the upper echelons are able to attend. There will always be medical institutions who strive to heal the world, one sickness at a time.
And there will always be organised crime.

While they may not pick up a gun, they are unlikely to stop the person picking the gun up. And when faced with personal crises, it’s surprisingly easy for people’s morals to break down.
