What am I doing with my life.

But okay okay episode 5 right ? Right.

When Steven & Marc were in their childhood bedroom & his mom came in and- yeah

Steven was obviously resisting leaving the room & Marc wanted him out that much was obvious

But I cannot help but notice how gentle Marc was being with him

Yes he wanted him out and he wanted him out quickly but his hands were more guiding than anything

And Steven went Steven wanted to stay but Marc was guiding him out and Steven trusts Marc

More than anything we saw the trust between the two of them

Hey guys welcome back to Myst loosing it over these guys again

Not much of a ground breaking realization but I’m just thinking about how after episode 2 everyone was mad at Marc because “Steven didn’t deserve that” and etc etc

But I’m just thinking about the stuff Steven said vs how hard Marc fought to give Steven the life he always wanted, a good life

Then thinking about how half of Harrow’s argument against the gods was that Marc was unwell

There’s ANOTHER thing that Marc thinks is his fault

Then on top of everything to have Steven die protecting Marc- there’s no way he doesn’t feel guilty about that

Marc Spector & Guilt name a duo more iconic

Sooo…. Am I the only one who thinks that Steven looks just like his dad but marc looks like his mom…. Even though they are basically the same?

Was this intentional?

let’s talk about the fact Marc and Steven were never really on good terms and were actually at each other’s throats most of the time, but the first second they reunited they immediately rushed in for a big, desperate hug and were just so relieved they found each other again like they were best friends who hadn’t seen each other in ages, because even if they always fought, they knew they could trust each other while their lives were in danger. this scene was so wholesome.
