I found out my A Level results today. Really pleased on the whole, especially because I got an A* (highest grade possible) in History! I’ll now be starting my degree in History and American Studies at the University of Manchester next month, I’m so excited!! I’ve struggled a lot, for various reasons, with education for the past 4 years but I overcame it all in the end. Coldplay have helped me through this so much, as cheesy as it sounds, their message of “never give up” and “anything is possible” have really inspired me and I feel like I can do anything. I’m so excited for the future! And a special shoutout to my little brainbox @coldplay-kid for getting into Cambridge (best Uni like ever) and getting THREE A*S!!! So fucking proud of you!!

out of all the crazy things that happened to me recently, the one thing I cannot get over is the fact that Jonny tweeted me. he saw MY tweet and decided to reply to me out of everyone ??? just crazy. a couple of years ago I always used to tweet Coldplay asking them to make sure he had the correct password and working wifi because he didn’t tweet for like two years…and now he starts tweeting fans and I’m one of the (very very very) lucky fans he decides to reply to??? I just can’t get over it. I’ve checked 18277383 times and it definitely says JB at the end. crazy. I'm so lucky.

Why is Jonny your fav Coldplay member? He's great and all but compared to Chris who plays instruments, writes lyrics and talks a lot, just why? I'm genuinely curious!
“Talks a lot” lmao. Well thankfully the amount a band member speaks is not the reason why I choose to like/dislike them!
Jonny is my favourite Coldplay member for lots of reasons. I started playing guitar again because of him and he really inspires me to be a better musician (even though I’m pretty awful, I admire his guitar skills a lot). I think he’s SO underrated as a musician!
As a person he seems like a really down to earth and sweet guy which comes across in interviews. He’s always nice and respectful to fans even though he’s really shy.
And finally, he’s so important and under appreciated as a member of Coldplay!! He compliments Chris’s personality so well and I don’t think you could replace him with any other guitarist on earth. Coldplay songs wouldn’t be Coldplay songs without Jonny.
So there’s a few reasons why! I love all of them but Jonny just a tiny bit more :)
