Lee Jin Ah is a true musician.

If you wanna listen to a song that’s more musically interesting- this is for you!

Like man, her piano skills are out of this world- not to mention her compositions are phenomenal! If you don’t know Jin Ah, you might wanna check her out. She was contestant on Kpop Star 4, where she showcased many of her own songs. It’s refreshing to hear music like Lee Jin Ah’s every once in a while. Sometimes we just need to listen to something other than EDM and rap/pop.

This song is very cute- and the track is amazing- I love the fact that you can hear the musicianship in this song. I have no doubt that Jin Ah played the piano parts herself. You don’t usually hear instrumental breakdowns like the one before the first verse- it’s quite interesting to hear such an array of notes. AND LISTEN TO THOSE PIANO “ADLIBS” (lol idk what to call them rn).

Although I know some people do not necessarily like Lee Jin Ah’s voice, her songs are very cute, unique, and refreshing. She has a very interesting writing style- they seem to be an array of genres- mixing in some jazzy tones, whilst almost sounding like J-pop.

Hey I’m alive!! I’ve just been caught up in some school- had no time to update and make queues. Gonna graduate this year and I really wanna make the most out of it :)

I literally do not remember how I came across this song. I think I was just scrolling through my insta/ fb feed, when I came across a minute vid of this song. 

Seriously, his voice is absolutely gorgeous- perfect for listening with headphones. lol atm I know nothing about Paul KIm, but his voice is heaven to my ears. His tone and falsettos are very attractive-so smooooth.

This song is lovely- I mean listen to all those strings! This could literally be a drama OST- no lie. It’s beautiful.

If you love his voice as much as I do- I’d suggest listening to his latest album! I just checked it out myself and it’s not bad at all. It’s a very soothing, chill, easy-listen album– almost soothing R&B.

It’s no surprise that I’m in love with f(x). Every single one of their albums is a musical work of art- you can never find a girl group that is as unique and versatile as f(x). Their music spreads across a huge variety of genres- I love listening to their new releases... but we haven’t been getting any new releases in a while..T_T. Their last few albums have just been amazing. I have to admit that not all the tracks on their first album were necessarily my style, but every single one of their songs have this sound that’s just unique to f(x). 

I’d totally recommend this album. It’s an easy; chill listen. Compared to say their first album, this album would be more “agreeable” to the ear on the first listen. Even though the tracks incorporate “typical”/ popular sounds that we are used to hearing in popular music today, each song has their own unique tone and vibe.

Not gonna lie- actually really like this song.

lol I actually knew of Jeong Sewoon before P101- I watched every season of Kpop Star and I rememered him XD- I was surprised to see that he was training to become an idol since he was just an ambitious singer-songwriter. 

I’m quite surprised by the success of the contestants from Produce 101 S2. Many of them have debuted or are going to debut very soon. Compared to S1, it seems that the contestants this time around have a lot more going for them after the end of the program- literally! Them debuts just keep on comin’.

Tbh, I wasn’t really expecting much from this debut, but the chorus and MV totally got me. I love the instrumentals (totally diggin’ that guitar), and the song was structured slightly different than what I thought it would be. I was totally FOOLED- lol I thought that the chorus would definitely come in at 0:44, but nope. nope. I was WRONG. I was pleasantly surprised by the chorus. I wasn’t expecting him to sing sliding up like that- it almost gives it a sexy groovy feel. The melodies in the song are very nice as well. But the MV. Man the MV!! I absolutely love it! It’s so simply aesthetic. I was even interested in things like the fact that they used pink side borders. I love love love the animations and those galaxy-like silhouettes, EVEN just simple things like that bottle of sand breaking. Like goooollllyyy- my eyes were pleased, to say the least.
