I have been away for quite a while from this blog for a few reasons. The first is that I simply wanted a fresh start and my interests shifted slightly. I’ve had this blog since at least 2013 and have shifted from interest to interest over the years pretty rapidly. But most of my followers come from the star trek fandom and spn fandom from long ago and so when I got really back into more fantasy things, like dragon age and lord of the rings, I felt it would be weird to completely change the style of my blog, especially since I’ve been blogging about star trek/star wars for several years now. So I created another one with a heavy focus on fantasy at @greywardenari and have been writing fic for dragon age that I havent posted yet so if you’re interested in that, I encourage you to follow that blog! I still intend to post some scifi things on my new blog, but it won’t be nearly as much as I did on this one.

The other reason I’ve been away is kinda personal. I didn’t have time to run two blogs effectively while working an 8 to 5 job and take care of my mother who has cancer and attempt to get my writing off the ground. I don’t know if I will delete this blog and just keep going on my new one, but for the time being I’ll be at @greywardenari. I won’t be deleting any time soon; I’ll put this post in queue and give a heads up when or if I do decide to delete this blog.

you can tell the writers had a lot of fun on this episode there are so many good and iconic gags i couldn’t upload them all at once and decided to compile them together

i’ve heard a lot of people talk about the EXCELLENT potential of a high intelligence/low wisdom dnd character (i.e. an brilliant academic who keeps setting their dumb ass on fire because they always store their wand in their back pocket)

but i’ve not seen any posts about the equal potential of a high wis/low int character (i.e. someone incredibly perceptive who gives deep and meaningful reassurance to their friends and then 5 minutes later asks what a can opener is)
