This might be a little long but here we go.
I met daft punk when I was younger thanks to my uncle, who was the one who showed me Interstella. I fell in love with everything about it, specially the music.
I decided to make this account with the purpose of finding new friends that also enjoyed daft punk and thanks to that, ai met so many wonderful people that I'm still friends with nowadays, it's crazy!!
I've also stayed with this user name because, even though I don't post that much about them, I'm still very attached to it, it brings me a lot of amazing memories.
I'm still sad at the news, but more than being sad, I'm really grateful to have found out about them, to have been able to enjoy each of their songs and to have made some amazing memories and friends thanks to them!!
Also, when I was younger I made those ceramic cows of daft punk. They may not be the prettiest cows but I love em a lot (along with all my daft punk collection lmao)!

It’s been nearly 10 years since I fell in love with Daft Punk, I was 15 when I rediscovered them in 2012, and since then I haven’t stopped listening to all their albums. I remembered the feeling when RAM came out the following year, everyone loved it, we talked about it the entire year.
What I loved about Daft Punk; their anonymity and their unique combination of traditional and modern sounds, and the fact that they are robots. I remembered being so astounded as a teenager when I first watched Interstella 5555. And I couldn’t stop listening to Discovery and Human After All during my growing up years. Homework was pretty hard for me appreciate during my younger days, and it’s funny how my all time favourite song is Revolution 909.
When the news came out yesterday, it hurt all of us. We all felt it. But legends will never die. I will never stop drawing them and I will cherish what we have.
Thank you Daft Punk, for the 28 years of great music. Let’s play their music One More Time!
