Truly did not want to go run today but we did it (5 x 5:00 @ 10k pace).

7 miles total. Happy gal.

Returning to running has been so humbling but so worth it. I couldn’t tell you how many years it’s been since I felt JOY running and it just means a lot right now 🤍
