“If you ask why I succeeded, there’s no one answer, During that short time I slept less than you and moved more and grew, Still it seems like even if I don’t know the secret to success, I know the secret to failure, Playing like y'all do and fluttering around is the secret, I won’t live like that even if I die.” –  Agust D → for @namgination

[!!!] BE CAUTIOUS OF VIVIDSEATS

Please acknowledge that this is from my personal experience. If you purchased tickets from Vividseats before and had a smooth transition then you can ignore this. I just want to inform those who are not aware of this site to prevent them from encountering the issues I experienced with them. I purchased two tickets to see BTS at MetLife Stadium on March 8th and was informed that I would receive the tickets by May 11th. The tickets were $214 ea and I even paid a fee for a guarantee that the tickets would come on time. On their site they state that if there is any error or delays with your tickets that you will be notified, however, I was not notified and the following day they changed the date to May 16th.

After seeing this, I tried livechat with them. I swear it was as if I was talking to a brick wall. They continuously asked me for my name, order number, and zipcode and each time I sent it they informed me that the information I sent did not match. That was pointless, so my sister called them and the lady she spoke with initially stated that she could not see the date they originally told us it would be but when my sister mentioned that it was on her email she finally acknowledged the initial date, apologized and gave her word that the tickets would be there by the 16th.
