it can cause you to feel like you didnt get enough sleep during the night even if you slept for several hours and a while of having that happen can lead to fatigue and dissociation during the day.
im not saying thats definitely whats happening, i obviously only know you thru some tumblr posts, but its maybe something to look into if this continues?
