Ok, let's do a proper introduction/promo post

Hi, I'm Abby/Geist! (she/her) I'm an amateur comic artist and illustrator who wants to put myself out there by doing what I love. I am a traditional artist at heart, but most of my illustration work nowadays is inked and colored digitally.

My commissions are currently closed for updating my art, but they will open back up by the end of January, so keep an eye out!

And with that, I hope to start being more consistent and grow my career as an artist this year! Things will change if/when I get a proper job, so keep an eye out for that! Happy 2024!

EDIT 1: Social Media time's been changed, working on an earlier/healthier daily schedule.

EDIT 2: I'll be showing up earlier on certain days because of a big schedule change in which I get out late and I don't wanna go to bed too late!

Okay I used a Twitter post from temporal_umbra as a jumping-off point, translated some artwork that Seagull did a couple weeks back and made a nearly-complete key for the cipher code, and... well since it was a code I had to write down what I did (I'm sure there's like three people that get the ref).

Well I got two yards of this beautiful cotton print for 11 bucks at Joann's; the place also looked like a ghost town.

Finally made bread this week and had to do this silly li'l edit. Three more weeks 'til the pilot!

Okay so I got to Infestation this morning and honestly it felt like it could've been a Doctor Who episode.

Also a TMA and Doctor Who crossover would sound absolutely neato.

I know, I know, way past my social media window, BUT. I think it's a neat coincidence that the IMAX screenings for Princess Mononoke were on the same day I got to the CR episode where Keyleth becomes The Voice Of The Tempest. Gorgeous representations of nature :D
