I saw you are having some problems deciding on which country would the Perez family coded be because the light skinned theme, and actually you can pick from any country from latam since we are mixed race from the migration of European people to here, we are brown or dark skinned mostly but there's also light skinned people because of that! There's some countries were poc are the majority but in general, you can find all type of color skin in latam including the light skinned ones! I would suggest to read some historic context in case you are still unsure on which country would you like to choose!
