Hello! I just needed to stop by and tell you: I’m ~~late~~ new to the ironfam fic world, and I’m slowly devouring my way through fic recs and master lists and AO3 tags because I can’t get enough. And your fics- YOUR FICS!!! Are some of the best I’ve read!! The characterization is always so spot on and they’ve made me both laugh out loud and cry, as well as do that silly, fangirly, wiggly thing that happens unintentionally when you read something in a fic that’s just too perfect. Yours are definitely fics that I know I will come back to repeatedly, and I only just finished reading all of them for the first time! Thank you so much for everything you’ve contributed to this fandom. I appreciate you!

Nobody knows what the author’s gonna do, least of all the author.

When there’s an author loose in a word processor, ya gotta stay updated, so all day long you refresh AO3 going, “what’d the author do today?” The updates aren’t bad, sometimes they’re just odd. It’ll be like, “the author uploaded a 50k one shot they wrote in one night?” I didn’t know people who slept could do that.

There are quiet days where people are like, “it seems like the author has gone to bed and taken some time for self care,” and then ten seconds later the author is like, “I’M GONNA POST EVERY WIP I CAME UP WITH IN THE LAST FOUR MONTHS. I’VE GOT INSOMNIA AND WRITER’S BLOCK, I’M AN AUTHOR!” That’s what I thought you’d say you fucking brilliant author! ❤️😭❤️

And then 5000 miles away, a producer was like "I have a group of show writers, and I'm gonna make this canon!"

And before we could say anything the author was like, "If you even fucking think of making it canon, I will write an AU so fast. I dare you to do it, I want you to do it. I want you to so I can write a fix it fic and post it on ao3. I'm so fucking crazy"

And all the fans are like "okay. Okay. Okay."
