Hi anon, thank you for your concern!!

Not to worry, I'm mostly doing okay! The last few months have been a rollercoaster for me and my family, but things are finally settling down a little bit after all the chaos. It's not all bad stuff, though, I have also been very busy with finishing up the illustrated children's book me, my mom and a friend of mine have been working on for a long time. I have since sent the draft to a couple of publishers and am waiting for a response!

As for why I haven't been active on here, the answer is fairly simple: I haven't felt like playing the SIms much at all. Not necessarily because of the state of the game, but just because I've also been trying out a lot of games in my backlog that I have owned for years but never touched (I just finished Inscryption yesterday and I was FLOORED by how good this game was). Also, BG3 came out and ate up all my time for a good while lmao

Anyway, I am not planning to abandon this blog and I'm definitely looking forward to the moment I feel the drive to play the Sims again! Thank you all for sticking by, and for those that have sent very sweet messages inquiring about my wellbeing: thank you so much! <3

Hello everyone! I hope you all have been doing well, it’s been a while! ♥ I am not quite yet done with my hiatus, but just figured I popped on here to say that I’m slowly making my way back into the world of the Sims!

I’m currently working on checking if my CC isn’t completely broken (it’s all looking good so far as far as I can tell!) and getting it uploaded on Curseforge, since I have gotten a handful of asks about that. I don’t quite know how they feel about converted content from other games (if anyone has any idea, let me know!), but for now I’m just working on uploading my original and MM content. The things I have uploaded are still in the process of being accepted, so if you can’t find anything yet, that might be why!!

Hiatus

Hi everyone! I promise I’m not dead!

I’m just... Having a little break from the Sims at the moment. The game has not really inspired me to play for almost a year now (and stuff like Kits and incredibly broken releases from what I’ve seen is definitely not helping lmao), so I have been mostly spending some time with other games.

For those that are interested: I am doing fine! We are just coming out of a heatwave over here, so partially melted, but all in all me and the family and cats are doing okay. The new house is great and we love it here.

Is this a permanent hiatus? Absolutely not! I am still active on Tumblr, just on my main account mostly, and I check it out on the daily. I have no doubts that my interest in the game will return (sooner rather than later, probably), and with that will come the posts back on this blog, as well as the CC.

Little update re: life and the D&D challenge

Hey guys! Long time no see! As of the last post of the D&D legacy, my queue has officially run out and I have not have time yet to fill it back up. As soon as we get started again, we are onto generation 4: Druid, with Tharra!

I moved house after 2 months of hard work last Tuesday, and we are still getting settled in (read: it’s like a bomb has exploded in the new house. At least the cats are having a great time with all the boxes and the new yard lmao). We transferred our rental place from the last year over to the new people today, so from now on it will all be focusing on our new place instead of cleaning the old one. 

With all the chaos happening I haven’t had time to work on the posts, but I will work on that as soon as I am able. I hope to have the posts going again within a week, but I might need a little bit more time. I do have a decent amount of time played on Tharra, but the legacy is getting close on catching up with me post-wise lmao. 

I hope everyone had a lovely Simblreen and I shall definitely be back to celebrate that with all of you next year - so sad to have missed it!
