More Planters Part 3
How many planters does one game even need?
These can all be found under Decor \ Plants; most have 3 channels and have a footprint of 1x1, but can be Alt-placed closer together without requiring MOO. All come with recolorable soil.
Issues: plants will clip with the handle of the Handle on Luck Planter. I lowered the soil as much as I could, but it's inevitable.
- Don’t require the Supernatural EP, just being at that patch level. Many thanks to @sims3thingsbymd3434/marydehoyos for her findings on how to enable planters for trees! These planters are, thus, tree-compatible.

Ellie Williams (inspired by The Last of Us) for The Sims 3

Behold: my pride and joy. You could say that this character is the reason I started creating CC in earnest. Now it's been almost 10 years since I first saved a version of her in CAS and here she finally is! A whole depressing heart-wrenching sequel to her story and a live action adaptation has come out since then!
So maybe this is the opportunity to give her the fun-filled tragedy-less life she deserves?????? Perhaps???????

Posepack Edwardian Portrait (Romanov Family)
This was an anonymous cc-wish, suggesting family-portrait poses from the 1910s, particularly inspired by the Romanov family. And after looking at some reference pictures, I learned that the Romanovs were very good at arranging interesting family groups. Most portraits of this time just show everyone standing next to each other.
These poses are inspired by two group photos, "1913" and "1914". Despite the filenames, these were obviously taken at the same occasion. I also found one other (anonymous) family group, from which I included poses 9 and 10 (-> Link).

Wherever possible, the poses are centred individually. So they won't snap together for the entire group, but they will for the same piece of furniture (except 9c, which doesn't really touch the armchair).
Pose 3 (Anastasia) has variations for adult Sims with bigger and smaller skirts.
Poses 6 and 7 also have variations for big and small skirts. The one with the bigger skirt is SF TP's Edwardian Dress converted by @joojconverts . That's also the one I had as a reference in Blender.
Pose 2d has a teen variation, owing to the historical reference. 5c should also be for teen, but it turned out a teen with their feet on the ground and their hand on an object is the most impossible thing to pose. It's a normal adult pose now, and I moved Maria 7 cm up on an OMSP for the group-picture. In this context: Thanks to @bmit04 for insights into teen-posing!
Speaking of OMSPs, there are two cases of resized furniture: The endtable is 90% and the stool for the child-poses at 75%.

Sims 3 Gameplay Mods
I was going through MTS looking for mods to improve my gameplay and thought I would share the ones I downloaded!
- Livestreaming Mod - Allows your sims to livestream from a PC for tips, blog followers, and celebrity points.
- More Pregnancy Interactions - Adds more options for the pregnant sim and more social interactions with all age groups!
- Yoga Mod - Allows your sim to do yoga and also lead a yoga class for simoleons.
- Laundromat Fix - Actually empties the laundry hamper on your sims home lot when using a washing machine at a laundromat.
- Dirty Laundry Mod - Gives your sim a negative moodlet when dirty laundry hasn't been washed in a few days. Gives more incentive to do your sims laundry!
- Layoff Mod - Gives your sim a 2% chance at the end of every work day of being laid off. Depending on their work level they may get unemployment benefits.
- Nicer Vendors - Overrides the default animations when interacting with vendors, looks more friendly.
- Acne Mod - Gives teens-adults a chance of waking up with acne. Adds washing face options and applying acne toner at sink.
- Sunscreen - Allows you to buy sunscreen from the store, will protect sims from getting a sunburn with Seasons installed. Works on vampire sims as well.
- Restaurant Host Career - Allows your sim to work part time at diners/bistros as a host. Only 1 career level.
- TSM > TS3 Facial Expressions - Overrides most s3 facial expressions with the sims medieval ones making them a lot more realistic and natural looking.
- One With Nature - Allows your sims to sleep outside on ground, wash themselves in bodies of water, and go to the bathroom outside. Needs Nraas traveler mod to work. (Good for apocalyptic gameplays/adding realism?? haha)
- Walk Cycle Edits - Overrides original walk cycles so there's no forced smile, allowing your sims to make facial expressions based on mood/surroundings.
- The Randomizer Mod - Triggers more random events that effect your household. Adds more realism and can effects the relationships/friendships your sims have. (Can choose between which random event modules you want in your game based on play style!)
- More Negative Moodlets - Negative moodlets cause a greater effect on your sims mood making it a bit more realistic.
I’m on a major CC overhaul right now and these are some legit suggestions. Sharing on my main blog since I figure some of you may like this too ^_^

I'm late to the party! Which is not anything new. I haven't been near my computer this week and I didn't know this was going on, but I definitely want to participate! I have lots to say.
As a pose creator, I have always been openly appreciative of the CC creators as I use so many to go along with my poses. So I want to give a big shout out to them! To name a few: Severinka, Sandy at Around The Sims 3, Danjaley, riveranepondsims, The Bleeding Woodland, RStarSims3, QuizicalGin, Simenpaule, Secrets of the six killers, curious clementine...... And I want to include all the creators at TSR and MTS as well who have supported me! But an exceptional thank you goes out to all the creators of stories. To those who use my poses and display them so beautifully! Those who take one pose, and use it in an entirely different theme or situation than I portrayed it or planned it to be used. I love seeing my poses in your stories and you will never know what joy that gives me. Especially discovering someone new! (please tag me!) Stories make the world a better place, allow people to escape their woes and even give hope during troubled times. A laugh or a chuckle can help lift the world and holding a literal character's hand during sad times can help heal in the best ways. All authors are heroes to me! Happy Simblr Day to you all!

4t3 Conversion: NORTHERN SIBERIA WINDS Age-Related Eyebags (Eyeshadow Makeup)
The A Thousand Nights makeup set is so gorgeous, and right up my alley.
I converted the Age-Related Eyebags swatch 31 or at least that's how it was ordered in Sims 4 Studio.
There is a lot of eyebag makeup out there but I couldn't find any crow's feet/smile lines wrinkle makeup, so I really wanted to make these for my adult sims.
I had to edit the texture quite a bit to make it fit the TS3 eyes properly but I love how it turned out.
Eyeshadow category. 1 recolourable channel with custom thumbnail. Shown at 100% opacity in a dark desaturated brown. Works for sims of all genders, adults to elders.
These can be used with other eyebag makeup to create a tired/aged look. I love niobe-cremini's vampire eyesocket makeup to add some darkness under the eyes.
