fun fact: “tired” is not supposed to be your default state of existence
immediately concerned by how many people were like “wait really??” in the tags. may i suggest you guys read up on chronic fatigue iron and magnesium deficiencies (among others) and executive dysfunction as starter material
it could be worse. at least i'm not 17 again. or 16 or 15 or 14 or 13 or 12 or 11 or
worst part about getting angry is how much it makes you want to be mean
sorry i said something dickish. a few mildly frustrating things happened to me in succession and it turned me evil
posting this so everyone on tumblr can see it too
one of the most infuriating things about becoming an adult is when you realize that it actually is 10x easier to solve problems by making a phone call vs literally any other communication method
whenever i'm trying to talk myself out of buying something i don't need i always hear my old russian professor's voice echoing in my head: "WHAT??? WILL YOU DIE THE RICHEST MAN IN THE GRAVEYARD?" and then i make an unwise financial decision
“i can’t do this anymore” says a girl who is not only going to do it but do it well
Dear Mr Comment Skeleton, I have a confession to make. As a reader, I feel a little discouraged at leaving comments on AO3 because a lot of the time, authors don't really bother to respond to them or even acknowledge their existence to begin with. Of course, we readers aren't entitled to author responses but it sure does make leaving comments not very rewarding for readers, you know? Reader and author interaction is so good and so rewarding yet...it seems rare now? Or at least it seems rare to me? Am I being silly, comment skeleton? What words of wisdom do you have for us who feel this way?
THE AUTHOR WROTE A WHOLE FIC FOR YOU!!! THEY SPENT THEIR TIME AND ENERGY COMPOSING A FIC THAT YOU ADORED!!!
WE THANK THEM FOR THIS TIME AND EFFORT AND DEDICATION BY LEAVING A COMMENT TO BRING THE AUTHOR THE SAME JOY THEY BROUGHT TO US WITH THEIR FIC!!!
ALSO, YOU CAN'T GET AUTHOR INTERACTION IF YOU DON'T LEAVE COMMENTS!! BUILDING COMMUNITY TAKES TIME!!!! LEAVE A THOUSAND COMMENTS AND IF ONE AUTHOR RESPONDS THAT'S A BRICK LAID IN THE FOUNDATION OF THIS HOUSE WE CALL A FAN COMMUNITY!!
KEEP ON COMMENTING MY SKELLY FRIENDS. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR QUESTION!!!
y’all will be 24 going “sorry what did europe do to be problematic? i have seasonal depression so idk anything :/”
FETCH ME NEIL
they dont even know the “i can excuse racism” and guy walking in with pizza memes are from the gayest weirdest most mentally ill show of the 2000s that got cancelled twice and sent an entire streaming platform into bankruptcy
not to promote misogyny but i think this should happen i think it would be really funny
when will tumblr introduce an “are you mad at me” feature where every day your mutuals anonymously select if they’re mad at you or not
if you dont want print media to die, buy physical copies of things. if you don’t want independent journalism to die, subscribe to a local newspaper. if you want more libraries and skate-parks and arcades, get a bunch of friends and call in the individual charge of your village or town or whatever and ask for one to be built and use the existing ones. if you want more native flora and fauna, start looking at the ones that already exist and how to preserve them. this is your world too. fight for it. get rid of the rot of passivity.
"he would not fucking say that" but its about a character being a leftist. he would not fucking believe that
media literacy is knowing when a character would say "i dont vote. why are you bringing politics into this?" no matter how mad it makes you to hear somebody irl say the same thing
i love when sibling characters are fucked up from the same event but in opposite ways
