TWO:

the! lyrics! some of my favorite taylor has ever written. some are so simple & some are complex hehe which makes it the perfect balance.

THREE:

taylors voice in it is so pretty! the higher notes are so impressive too!

FOUR:

this is probably just me personally but it’s so comforting for me & i swear if i’m bawling my eyes out i can turn it on and feel 13 times better. it’s literal magic🥺🥺❤️

the production is absolutely perfect and it fits the lyrics and theme of the song so. well.

SIX:

the bridge oh..my..gosh where do i even start the bridge is my favorite part of the song it’s so beautiful and specifically the lyric “this is falling in love in the cruelest way, this is falling for you when you are worlds away”.

how smart taylor is with the fact of switching between new york & london 5 times (her unlucky number) and bonus: i love new york and london!

EIGHT:

the classic middle of the night lyric “4am the second day” i love so much ! 🥰🥰

the way she used nonchalant in it ahhhh! such a perfect way to describe that part of the song.

personally for me again, it’s helped me through a LOT. either if it was the fact i had to deal with moving across the country away from my friends, or losing a friend, losing someone i love, it was always there for me and revolved around the situation i was going through.
