idk girls and gays i don’t think enough people even within the lgbt talk enough about or even realize how humiliating and often frightening the lesbian experience can be. like i think a lot of people don’t understand that it’s deeply degrading and downright terrifying to be openly lesbian around straight men and have them blatantly fetishize you and/or talk openly and brazenly about wanting to fuck you knowing that you’d never consent to sex with a man (and obviously getting off to that fact) and how coming out as a lesbian often makes them even less respectful of your boundaries and more aggressive in pushing and breaking them. how it’s not just a nuisance but a real source of trauma for many of us but we’re expected to laugh it off and hardly anyone really seems to take it seriously or treat it as a real form of homophobia either
I know that I kept saying I’m not much of a person who asks for help, but my girlfriend is in true need of a new laptop, and I’m here to spread her word of help. In all seriousness, I got done talking with some geek squad technitions and my laptop is completely dead and I'll need to do data recovery and get a new laptop as well. My mother is, no help as after telling her all this, she's still taking 300 dollars from me at the end of the month despite knowing I'm saving to move out.
It's beyond frustrating and angering but instead of ripping my hair out, I'm simply asking that you donate if you can and if you can't, please please share.
The total damage is around 1000 dollars to get all new stuff. And my minimum wage hot topic job is great and all but, I'll need some extra help. I will be doing simple traditional doodles as thanks for those who donate, and you can message me here or on Twitter for more information on that.
