Might be because i have an awfully good temptation resistance hehehe, but otherwise genshin is really really good!! I mostly just watch playthroughs or read lores on the wiki (same done with basically all fandoms ive ever been in)

A peek into the method to my madness! Not graphic designing day for me today so i’m sorry for the messy composition ^-^’’ I used SAI V1 and Clip Studio Paint in the process, SAI for the drawing and CSP for the touch-up. 

Ehh details rambling -- Setting your lineart layer mode to Shade/Multiply makes it more convenient when you have to color it manually later. Then lay down the base colors and add some simple shading (in this case using blue). For colors that are too dark or too annoying to shade like black or pure red slap on it hand-picked colors  (preferably of different hue) instead (black-deep purple ; red-orange). Easier said than done really...

And If you haven’t noticed, i’m a HUGE fan of abusing layer mode to make the colors much more bearable. Darken, Screen, Overlay, Gradient Map and Tone Curve are my holy saviors (FireAlpaca n Medibang are also good alt for these) Just let em do all the dirty work and you’re good
