The last post I made about using the Lenormand reading style using Tarot cards was pretty well received, so I decided to show another typical spread for Lenormand–The Portrait.
If you did not see my last post about how to use Tarot when reading Lenormand spreads, I would suggest starting there because it says a bit more about the reading style of Lenormand and has an example so you can see how it plays out with Tarot cards.

I see a lot of posts circulating about interpreting card reversals, and just wanted to share this helpful mnemonic devised by Benebell Wen.
When a reversal shows up in one of your readings, remember this acronym to think about the possible meanings.
WIND:
Weakened energy of card meaning - are other forces overpowering the card’s energy or preventing it from manifesting?
Inverted (or opposite) meaning of card - this one’s self explanatory.
Negative influence on Seeker - is this energy hindering rather than helping the Seeker? Is there someone in the Seeker’s life who embodies these traits?
Delay before the card’s outcome will materialize - does the Seeker need to take additional steps before the card’s energy will manifest? Or is it simply a matter of “wait and see”?

The Ouroboros comes in tea-stained, and Crimson. It features the serpent curling in a norse knotwork inspired manner, with runes on its body.
The Crystal Terrarium features crystals, skulls, flora and little bones. It’s a lovely piece with a Victorian feel to it.

Classes start in 8 days for me and my laptop decided take a complete shit this morning. Ugh. I don’t have enough money to replace it rn and I don’t get paid for another 3 weeks.
(Sidenote: I have plenty of cash set aside for shipping the giveaway, so no worries, but no way to deposit anything because my bank doesn’t have a branch in the same town as my school and no other branches will take my obscure ass card + I can’t wait around for the post to go through 😑)

It’s hard not to feel small when the world seems so full of hatred and violence. But it’s important to remember that you have power that humanity needs right now, and always, until we can achieve peace. Remember that citing love as a cure doesn’t mean sitting back and allowing hurtful people to continue doing their damage. Love is NOT passive. Love is active, strong, and commanding in the face of fear and hatred. Which means that we need to be active, strong, and commanding when we use love to fight for what is right.
Let me be clear when I say that black lives matter, and white supremacy must end. I will continue to use my votes, my voice, and my resources to support equality and peace at every chance.
Additionally, 20% of all proceeds from my shop and readings will be going to BLM and the NAACP, for the remainder of the foreseeable future.
