I feel a little hypocritical saying it when I haven't gone all the way with this method yet, but I highly suggest everyone at the very least learn how to buy/use DIY HRT so they're prepared in case official means are no longer acccessible to them. it is obviously not ideal compared to official means to accessing HRT, and we need to defend trans healthcare. do not interpret this as me advocating for "giving up". but when the healthcare system fails us, DIY is an option that everyone has, and it's important to me that people understand that they have options. spending an afternoon reading up on how you'd go about DIY is free and affirming even if you don't need/want to DIY right now.

every single time israel fires on people picking up food or humanitarian aid it truly cuts me to the core. obviously it's equally horrible to fire on civilians escaping the invasion or to bomb hospitals or refugee camps or people just living in their own homes. but there's something so brutal about hitting people right when they have gathered for life-saving aid. by firing on them there the IOF have set up an impossible dilemma where starving people have to choose between death by bullet or death by hunger. they have left no room for palestinians to choose life. i do not know how my government or any other government can just sit by and watch while innocent people continue to be gunned down for the crime of existing in israel's eyeline.

i have an urgent care appointment in a couple hours, and antibiotics aren’t covered by my insurance, i barely have money to cover the appointment in general. could anyone help me with maybe 20 bucks to cover the antibiotics? that’s how much they generally cost. i should be going to the doctor in maybe an hour and a half.

i’m also experiencing a pretty bad flare up of chronic back pain, and i don’t have the money to get an icy hot roll on or patch. just laying in bed cause moving suuuucks.

i havent slept at all because of pain, but the only way the residential will let me stay home today is if i go back to urgent care, which i can’t afford.

the urgent care co-pay is 35 dollars. the medication from that previous trip is around 20. if i go back to urgent care it’d likely be for my back and i don’t know if they’d prescribe anything / how much that would be. and i don’t know how much icyhot costs.

if i get help with going to urgent care (35) and getting the ear drops for my ear infection (~20), that would help immensely. i don’t know how much a new prescription if they did anything for my back would be.

if anyone can help with the 35 for the urgent care and the around 20 for the ear infection meds that would be so helpful. i need to tell staff that i want to stay home within about an hour and a half in order for them to plan things.

Aaron Bushnell's final social media post before his self-immolation.

Very large reaction to Aaron’s sacrifice yesterday in Yemen. Some are calling for the Yemeni government to install portraits of him in public areas.

Hamas released a statement commemorating Aaron Bushnell, saying he, through his act of self-immolating in front of the Israeli embassy, "will remain immortal in the memory of our Palestinian people and the free people of the world."

it's so so funny that anyone would say Aaron Bushnell sacrificing himself for something he believed in is due to mental illness but every other soldier sacrificing themselves for oil companies is fine and normal

Aaron Bushnell died. The active duty US soldier who self immolated in front of the Israeli embassy died of his wounds - he died screaming “Free Palestine” as he burned. He said he no longer wanted to be complicit in genocide. This is the second person to self immolate because of Palestinian Genocide and I hope his story doesn’t get swept under the rug like the first.
