The funniest thing about the Columbus Day vs. Indigenous People’s Day thing is that not a single person gave a flying fuck about Columbus Day until indigenous people started asking for it to be changed.

Like now we have right-wingers “proudly” “celebrating” Columbus Day, just to “own the libs.” Literally that is the whole reason. Nobody ever did anything or ever even thought about Columbus Day until Native Americans rightly asked for a redress of a pretty small grievance.

Anyway, this, just like everything else, should prove that right-wing people are petty sacks of shit that live off of resentment and cruelty. And that they are obviously racist.
