[Linked Universe AU] ZINE: FASHION LINEUP  - Game Appearance 

This has been my most ambitious art series yet. The concept behind my Zine artworks is, the Nine LU Heroes but they are dressed in the fashion trends from the year they made their first/debut game appearances on the respective Nintendo console. AND only use their official colour schemes - skin tone, hair colour, colours of their LU clothes, etc - with a few bending around hues and shades (with the exception of their eye colours). 

And BOI, after 2-4 months of research, concept development, battles against procrastination and childhood cringe, sketching, outlining and colouring! Here they are!!! I had a lot of fun and learnt just as much while working on these. Twi and Sky’s pic is my favourite out of the five. Wind’s and Time’s designs took me the longest due to getting hit hard by childhood cringe. Some of the early 2000s fashion trends were….very questionable.

I am gonna make reference sheets for their outfits with timbits and details. And maybe thrown in a few alternative outfits too. And a few more characters. There are a few Nintendo consoles still missing.
