Yooran Week Day 7; RFA As Narrators
Hi! This is a few days late, but I really like this! But be warned! This contains spoilers for Seven’s real name and some stuff from the Secret Endings! I’m sorry if I overlooked some grammer / proper tense things bc this was written over the span of a few days. As always, feedback and commentary would be greatly appreciated. Enjoy! ❤

“Hello?” Yoosung banged on the gate of the bunker. He made plans a few days ago to hang out with Saeran, so he was confused to why he wasn’t being let inside.
“You must say, ‘MC is a cute, little snuggle muffin’ in Arabic to open the door.”
Yoosung groaned. Even though Saeyoung has changed since he met MC, he’s still the same dork.
As soon as he tried to call Saeran, the door opened. “Hey, Yoosung. I didn’t hear you knocking. What’s up?”
He looked up from his phone to see MC in a light pink apron with Long Cat stretching across the bottom. Probably Saeyoung’s. “I love your choice in fashion, MC.” Yoosung smirked.
She laughed and then gestured inside. “Come in!”
They passed the kitchen on the way to the living room. It looked like MC was cooking something.
MC took off her apron and throws it on the tan couch before sitting down. Yoosung sat on the opposite side.
He noticed that Saeyoung wasn’t here. If he were, he would be showering MC with praise and adoration. Yoosung wouldn’t be surprised if he kissed the ground before her feet. Saeran also couldn’t be home because he would have met Yoosung at the door.
“Where did the twins go to. I made plans with Saeran, but it seems they aren’t here.”
MC sighed. “Saeyoung heard that there was a new ice cream shop was opening on the other side of town today. He told Saeran that they wouldn’t be gone long, but I’m sure they’ll be gone all day. Saeyoung has been complaining about his lack of ‘brother bonding time.’ Now that he got Saeran out the house, he’s going to do anything he can to stay out with him.”
“That explains it. What were you trying to do in the kitchen?” The blonde asked.
“Oh that!” she stood up. “I’ve been trying out some Korean recipes! I want to surprise Saeyoung for our anniversary.”
She left Yoosung to the kitchen. “I want to cook him breakfast in bed, make a picnic, and then a dinner that he won’t forget!”
“That’s nice and all, but how much Korean food can you even cook so far?”
The brunette avoided his gaze. “Well …”
Yoosung sighed. “That doesn’t sound too good.”
“Yeah, well. I’ve been trying to make omurice, but I’m not too good at it.”
Yoosung beamed. “Well! Good thing I’m here! I’m the best at making omurice! My mom taught me how to make it, and her recipe is the best!”
“Oh? Someone’s getting cocky.” MC laughed. “That’s not how I remember your omurice that you cooked when I first joined the RFA.”
“Ahh. Well, that day was a flop. I’m normally much better at making it!” The blonde stammered in an attempt to explain.
MC sighed. “Well, at least you know how to make it. That’s better than me right now. Since you’re here, you might as well help me!”
“Fine, but only since Saeyoung messed up my plans.”

The two resume their previous places on the couch after two hours and several recipes later.
“So how was that?” MC asked Yoosung.
“You improved a lot since we started, and I think you’ll give Saeyoung a day he’ll never forget. Just the fact that you were trying so hard to do something for him will mean everything.” Yoosung paused. “If you do anything for either of them, it means the world to them.”
MC nodded thoughtfully. “Yeah. He’s so different from when I first met him.”
“Sev-” Yoosing cut himself off. “Saeyoung would be so flamboyant and energetic in the chatroom, but in person, his eyes looked glassy, smile forced. When I look at him now, he’s just so free. So happy.”
Yoosung turned to MC. “It’s because of you. You changed him.”
They both paused in a comfortable silence.
“You know,” MC said, voice filling the quiet room. “You’ve also changed Saeran. I’ve never seen him so happy!”
“I’m glad. He deserves to be happy.”
“So. How does it feel that you might eventually semi-related to me? What is the husband of your brother-in-law called, anyway?” Her eyes were so bright. Hopeful and full of love.
“I’m sure it’s too early to think of that.” Yoosung answered slowly, even though he had, in fact, thought about that so many times.
“Pshhhh! I’m sure you’ve thought about it so many times! You can’t fool me, little boy!”
Yoosung laughed. “Ha! You got me. In all honesty, you’d be the best semi-related person.”
“You two just compliment each other so well! Even though Saeyoung will never tell you or his brother, he actually really likes you two together.”
Yoosung raised an eyebrow. “Does that mean that he writes secret fanfiction about us?”
“Of course! He even has a shrine dedicated to you guys’ relationship. He’s like a proud mom.” MC played along.
They once again fell into a comfortable silence, and once again, it was broken by MC.
“All jokes aside, he’s been really supportive of you and Saeran. When Saeyoung broke Saeran out of the hospital, he was scared that he would never be happy again. But we’re here, with him happy as can be.”
Yoosung smiled. “That really puts my heart at ease. I’m really happy that I’m making Saeyoung happy by making Saeran happy. They deserve all the happiness in the world.”
Yoosung really meant it. After all the twins have been through, all the years of uncertainty and fogginess, they deserve to live as if nothing matters. As if sadness doesn’t exist.
“Come on. We’ve had enough of a break. Let’s go clean up the kitchen in case they get home earlier than I thought.”
“Do I have to? It’s your kitchen.” Yoosung smirked.
“Hmph. What would your mom say to that, little boy Yoosung?”
“Fair point.” He said dejectedly. “And stop making those little boy jokes! I’m not even that much younger than you!”
“Doesn’t matter. You’re still the little boy of the RFA.”
“Let’s just get cleaning. You got stuff everywhere.”
“Not true! I only got stuff in some places! The kitchen isn’t that bad,” MC huffed.
“Let’s just do it.”

“Honey, I’m home~” Yoosung could hear Saeyoung sing song voice over the chick flick he and MC were watching.
“Do you need to do that every time you come home? You even say it when MC isn’t even here!” Yoosung could hear Saeran’s exasperated tone, a bit closer now.
“You see, dear brother, I would never want to sneak up on my precious MC, so I must always make my presence known!”
“That’s a really dumb reason, you know.”
The twins finally made it to the living room.
“What is this?!” Saeyoung exclaimed in mock hurt. “My dear wife spending time with another man without my knowledge!”
Saeran sighed. “You’re too much, sometimes. Go sit down!” And then to Yoosung he said “Hey, babe. I didn’t know you would still be here.”
Yoosung smiled widely. “I came to pick you up this morning, but when you weren’t here, I just hung out with MC. How was your ‘brother bonding time’?”
Saeran glanced over to his brother, who was giving MC all the attention of a lovesick puppy. “Despite being practically kidnapped, I had a good time.”
Saeyoung looked to Saeran. “I said we were gonna go to the new ice cream place, but I never said we would go straight there! I’ve done nothing wrong, right MC?”
The brunette just laughed. “Alright, sweetie. Besides, you gave me some time to hang out with Yoosung. It’s been forever since it’s been just the two of us!”
“You’re right. It has been a little bit, hasn’t it?”
Saeran pulled Yoosung into the front hallway. “The movie we were gonna see has an afternoon screening. If we leave now, we’ll be able to make it.”
“Whatever you say, babe.”
“Bye, guys!” Saeran yells over his shoulder as they walk out.
“Have fun, you two!” MC yelled back.
“No, wait! I didn’t get any hugs! Little br-” Saeyoung’s voice was cut off as the sound proof gate closed.
