I recently found your out through your bnha OC, and became interested in Anri (OP OC). Herself and her story seemed pretty cool~ but I noticed you don’t make art of Anri anymore. Did you lose inspiration? If not, I’ve been wondering what she looked like pre timeskip

Oh wow im so sorry I haven't been active on here in a long time. I have a couple things of her pre skip, she's still very much a work in progress but thank you!!!!

Garrus: I thought you needed some time to… figure us out. Are you ready to be a one-turian kind of woman?
Shepard: the only thing that made leaving earth bearable was knowing you were out there somewhere
Garrus: I felt the same way. The worst part about the galaxy going to hell would’ve been never getting to see you again
Shepard: well here I am. Exactly where I want to be. I love you Garrus Vakarian

1-800-273-8255 That's the number I reached out to back in July. That's the number that reassured me. Is it sad that I felt I had to reach out to strangers? This isn't easy to just put out there. But on the same note, I shouldn't feel like I should be ashamed. Some think depression isn't real, that it's weak to feel so "sorry for yourself". That's not what it is. It's not being sad, it's not having a pity party. Depression is seeing yourself in the darkest of views and constantly fumbling for some kind of light to help you. And then there's the flickers of hope you see from time to time but when you reach out to grasp it, hope dissipates-leaving you feeling worthless. You eventually just kind of...settle. You settle in that dark place and make it your home because it's where you deserve to be. I don't have to settle. I don't need those glimmers of hope that will only fail me. I'm ignoring the ones that will continue to try and keep me in that darkness.

6 Reasons Why Lying Will Ruin Your Life

Whether you’re lying to yourself or other people - dishonesty manifests in various ways and will create resistance in your life until you change your behaviour.

1. Relationships - houses built on quicksand will always sink. Many relationships are built on lies because the egoic way of thinking tells us that if the relationship fails it wasn’t our true selves that has failed - it’s the fake persona we’ve created. We create egoic constructs such as fake identities to avoid “failures” which allows the ego to feel safe.

In doing this we miss out on the joys of having real relationships - all because of the insecurities of the ego. Honesty & authenticity are ways of being that dissolve the ego and allow us to live from the heart - which creates relationships that serve & fulfil us with people we resonate with.

2. Appearances - they’re never what they seem. Some people lie to create an escape from the reality they’re living in. This can be done in a number of ways, but the important thing to acknowledge here is that the fake reality will never replace the real one.

Living in a fantasy world where we ignore our problems is like covering up a leaking pipe with a band-aid - it never solves the problem, it just makes it look better. Living our lives based on how things look - rather than how they feel - is the surest way to manifest poor mental health in the future.

3. Law of attraction - we attract what we are. Liars attract liars, it’s important to keep this in mind when we’re trying to create the life we dream of. The secret to keeping dysfunctional relationships & people out of our lives is by ridding ourselves of dysfunctional and toxic behaviours.

When we are completely authentic and honest with the people in our lives we align our vibration to others who do the same and attract relationships based on truth - which are more fulfilling than those based on deceit.

4. Fear - we only lie when we’re scared. Often times we lie because we fear the outcome of telling the truth - this creates resistance inside us which will manifest over time in various ways. This resistance is a common side effect of lying because we are repressing our true feelings & emotions - which both need to be expressed.

When we lie to escape fear we allow the fear to overshadow our lives and dictate what we do. Complete honesty requires courage - hence why so few people are willing to be 100% honest.

5. Mental health - you can only run for so long. Being dishonest to who we truly are is how neglect we the relationship we have with ourselves and our mental heath is dependant on the way we treat ourselves. Poor mental health will manifest as a result of ignoring our true desires - hence why authenticity is so important.

Doing what you want with who you want & when you want to do it will result in optimal mental wellbeing - when we settle for anything less we neglect ourselves in favour of others and this will have negative effects on our mental health over time.

6. Headache - keeping up with all the stories. Lying to others & ourselves requires us to keep in mind each lie we’ve told, the reason we created it, who we lied to & what would happen if they found out. This is mentally draining and over time results in poor mental health & wellbeing.

Often times people create lies to distract them from the life they actually live - eventually the lies mount up and it becomes increasingly difficult for them to keep them going. Some never get caught out, but the toll it takes on their mental health becomes apparent - over time they tend to act in a dysfunctional way because the mind needs an escape from the resistance inside.

Honesty is always the best policy.

Peace & positive vibes.

If they were meant to be in your life, nothing could ever make them leave. If they weren’t, nothing in the world could make them stay.
