Submit Your Nominees For May's Feature!

Hello everyone - it’s once again time to nominate the next Feature!

As always, you can submit up to three characters for consideration. You are permitted to nominate one of your own characters, but there’s a catch - it must be accompanied by a nomination for someone else’s character! (After all, this is about uplifting each others’ characters as much as showcasing your own.)

So:

  • You can nominate one, two, or three characters who don’t belong to you, OR
  • You can nominate one of your own AND one or two belonging to other people.

Additional Rules:

  • Nominated characters do not need to have art on the blog, but they do need to have a colored full body image available.
  • Nominated characters should have a name and species decided on.
  • There MUST be a link to the creator - commissioned or request images that do not link back to the character’s owner cannot be used for nomination.
  • Creators can win more than once - but no character can win twice, and creators cannot win two months in a row.
  • Winning creators must respond within 24 hours of being contacted; otherwise, the feature will go to the runner up.

To nominate a character you can reply to this post or send a submission with links to the characters you’re nominating - anonymous submissions allowed!

Nominations will be open until 11:59PM Eastern US Time on Friday, April 26; voting will take place on Saturday, with the new Feature announced on May 1!

Hello again my darlings! I've returned with a quick-ref of my Sonic-Sona "Yuna S. Prower", she's the adopted mother of Miles "Tails" Prower. It took awhile to get her design right, but I'm really satisfied with how she turned out. Though keep in mind this is a quick ref, I'm still working on a full reference & turn around for her so keep an eye out for that! 😀

BIO:

Yuna is the adopted mother of Tails, whom she took in the day she turned eighteen. Though she can be a bit suffocating and overprotective of him, she genuinely wants to see the fox be happy and fully supports his dreams of being a hero. Despite being a devoted mother, she still makes time to explore her own interests.

She is a talented digital artist and youtuber, to the point were she has grown enough of a following to make it her job. Even after losing her drawing hand in a tragic accident, it didn't stop her creative expression and she continues to create to this day. .. Even though this creativity is what allowed her long lost child-hood friend to find her again, and despite this seeming like a good thing. She'll soon learn that her old friend Grant, is much different now then she how remembered him.

Finished them :D!! And omgg I adore all their final designs!! Also made them little bios so here:

Briar the Chinchilla!! (AoStH)

Briar is wild and a thrill seeker! She lives life on the edge and is constantly on the search for a good time! While she would never ever side with Robotnik, she has taken a strange interest in his badnik henchmen (perhaps due to their chaotic fun nature). She adores hard rock music and throwing herself into danger!

Soleil the Seedrian!! (Sonic X)

Soleil is very curious and easy going. When faced with an enemy they normally shrug it off nonchalantly. However, they know to be cautious when real danger is thrown her way. She enjoys being out in nature and trying new things!

Marco the Parrot!! (Sonic Boom!)

Marco has a bit of a temper and is often times grumpy. He's a loner and prefers to be by himself (which is rather difficult to achieve given Boom's usual shenanigans)! Despite his grouchy attitude, he is surprisingly a great friend to have around, if he let's you get close that is. He likes quiet beach strolls and warm sunny days.
