I've also been reading the webcomic Lore Olympus and I LOOOOOOOOVE it so much! The art is amazing, the characters designs are so cool and funny! I just really love it! I can't draw in their style but I wanted to try anyway.
I literally have been too busy to finish this and now I don't even know if this will go through since I'm late.
I've never done a DA art challenge before so this was fun and challenging and I loved it! I got to try a lot of new things (which could have been why it took me so long).

More mermaid Steven Universe redrawing! I wasn't sure if I should have done this one or a second later with Spinel but I decided that I still needed more time before I did Spinel's tail again. The pose itself was super fun to do! I'm not that good with hands so it was also great practise!

The vampire queen! One of my friends told me to actually finish Adventure Time so I've been watching it basically non-stop for a while now. I'm not at the end yet but I wanted to draw my favorite vampire queen.

I've never drawn a redraw like this, like that wasn't just some famous/popular scene or image. It was fun though rethinking it for our mermaids a little. I figured Connie would be the only full human underwater so I gave her a special water breathing necklace.
I am not one for backgrounds but I wanted to make something awesome! I really love Into the Spiderverse ESPECIALLY THE MUSIC so you KNOW I was bumpin to that good stuff while making this!

This one is going into my favorites folder. I really loved how this looked even as a sketch so I was really excited to color it. It turned out AWESOME!! I don't do a lot without lineart but this one (although took forever because I used a forbidden technique I think) it was really fun to do!
No lie had NO idea what fish to pair with Spinel. Her super stretching powers isn't really found underwater (or in reality as far as I know). So I went with a clownfish because she was supposed to make Pink happy. I like it because Spinel is kinda a special character, being introduced in the movie and all, so her having so much detail in her tail makes her special to this little mermaid series. She will be the ONLY ONE. I refuse to do that again.

Nehehehehe! The little techno gem has joined the mermaid party. She's part electric eel for kinda obvious reasons. I tried really hard not to, I swear! I also at first was going to not give her a shirt and make it like a mermaid piece. But it's freaking Peridot!
