Absolutely not normal, please contact us off-anon with your order number so we can resolve the issue! During the shipping of Ramen Days we hadn’t used tracking numbers with manual purchase of media mail (ie at the physical post office), but are now able to provide a tracking number via online postage (yay learning!). Once we confirm your order number we will resend it with a tracking number :)

We’re having some issues with artist copies for other zines that were headed to Canada around that time (apparently because of strikes?) - shipments certainly should have arrived by now, so if you haven’t received yours yet, please send us your order number and we’d be more than happy to resend it with a tracking number! :) Very very sorry for the trouble, thank you so much for reaching out!

Yes they have! Thank you so much for reminding me - the actual shipment emails have not gone out yet, but all orders have been shipped. Domestic orders should be receiving theirs this week or the next depending on how far away from the East Coast you are :)

Hello anon!
Yes, emails will be sent out! We have juuust the very last few internationals to send out and a few scraggling domestics that had to be re-packed (mostly from address typos while writing and such or the awkward return address stamp accidentally stamped upside down;;), so as soon as EVERYTHING is shipped out the emails will be sent out en masse as confirmation.

Yes, we will have various leftovers we will be selling after all our inventory is tallied and the last of our shipments go out (mostly internationals)! They will be in VERY limited stock, with some set in bundles and some merch and books as standalones. We will be posting a link when they are up, but it won’t be for a bit longer :)

We recently reblogged a few posts stating our Heliotrope and Musicwatch zines have been shipped, if that’s what you’re referring to? You can always check the tags as well as the blog name itself to check on the zine it’s referring to!
We recently had an ask regarding our books, which we’ve had a stupid amount of bad luck with; they’re our last piece of the zine/zine bundles we’re waiting for to arrive before the zines ship out. Our more recent proof should be here within the next few days, and after a look-through we will be ordering finals and should have a proper date for shipment. All bundles are packed and waiting only on the books to arrive!
An announcement will be made here when both the books arrive and everything will be shipped (as well as reblogged to our main zine blog)! Definitely keep an eye out!!

How do you print the zines?
Hello anon!
In general? We print our zines by stitching them together in a PDF with bleed using Adobe Acrobat, then send the file to a printing company! (We originally went with Printi, had the issue stated in our last ask, then sent it to Mixam and had a bad go at printing there that we are currently working to fix... bad luck aahh) but both of those companies have online PDF uploaders. For Printi, you can upload the whole inside file as well as the cover file, and for Mixam you can upload them all at once plus a custom spine width.
There are plenty of printing companies you can use online (Printi, Mixam, Blurb, Lulu...) as well as local printing companies you can check out!

Yes, we are currently working out a printing issue; we ordered our proof print quite a while ago, but unfortunately our printer literally took a month to even get back to us about it after two emails and a cancellation request:
The order has been cancelled and refunded (after the delivery date was since pushed back to the 25th...), with another proof from a different company having arrived. We are discussing with that printer to have our finals delivered and will update as soon as possible when they have arrived.
We are very sorry for the printing issues and very frustrated that we’ve had our merchandise sitting and waiting for them; all bundles are packed and waiting simply on the books to be put in for them to be shipped.
We thank you for your patience and hope to be posting soon with an updated date! Thank you!!
Our stickers have arrived and they’re looking beautiful!! Our printer has been working hard to rush our proof order so we can get to shipping finals as fast as possible; we will keep everyone updated when this arrives. Thank you so much for your patience!! 💕

PDFs were just sent out! :) Updates on all merch/books:
- Our proof copy of the book is arriving on the 20th; final book orders will be placed immediately upon its arrival and look-through
- Lanyard finals have been placed and will be arriving the 17th
- Charm finals have been placed and will be arriving in about two weeks
- All prints are here!
- Sticker sheet orders are being finalized and should be here within a week :)
Our books or charms will likely be the last thing to arrive, so they moment they do we’ll be shipped out and good to go! We’re hoping this occurs within two weeks; in the meantime, all packages are being labeled with customer addresses so they can be packed immediately.

Unfortunately we don’t have a set date currently as there won’t be a second run made, HOWEVER! As soon as our pre-orders are shipped and out we will be having a sale of all leftovers!
