Waterside Corner
It's been a long time since I've actually finished and shared a build and boy was everything broken. Reshade, tray importer, mods... and some very rusty build skills. But I'm really happy with how this turned out. I playtested this thoroughly as a small business with a household of 4 sims to make sure it all works as intended.
There's a lunch spot, tattoo shop, café, generic office space, a covered market to sell craftables and 4 apartments of which I furnished 3.

Zora Ceramics - a cc lot by moonwoodhollow This lot has been in the making for over a year and was originally born from the pottery room I posted back in March 2024. While it was merely a deco room I've always hoped that I could turn it functional someday and I'm so happy it's finally possible. I hope you'll enjoy this version as well - now finally as it was always intended with an unfurnished home for 2-4 sims as well.

@madebycoffee made a request for some sims 3 conversions so i'm here to fill it. this one is from the 70s, 80s, 90s pack and it's so cute! we don't wear little scarves anymore. what's up with that? anyways, i'm sure someone else converted this (and did a better job) but again, this one is mine. now on to the script!

I made this ranch for the household that I'm playing the new pack with. It comes with an open dining/ living room, kitchen, an office, 2 bathrooms, a main bedroom, a nursery for an infant, a toddler's bedroom, a guestroom, a laundry room and a playroom since the kids rooms are to the smaller side. Nectar making in the garage and the stable can house up to 4 horses.
