No one looks at this blog and I have another mental illness blog that’s more about my personal experiences so I’m going to pretty much stop posting here. I may post a little, and I may at some point turn it into a general self care blog, but right now it’s basically inactive.
In honor of all the finals going on, have a reminder that standardized tests are not a true reflection of your intelligence. They are based largely on memorization and the ability to do well under pressure. Just because you don’t do well on tests does not mean you aren’t smart.
Important reminder 💛
YOUR GRADES DO NOT DEFINE YOUR INTELLIGENCE!
You’re doing great :))
My therapist asked me to create something “motivating” so I made these.
lol.
I really love these, and I reblog them every single time. Some of you don’t realize how easy it’s to forget to do some of those stuff or how hard they can be some days.
to all y’all graduating, finishing a semester, thinking about starting school, leaving school, looking for a job, working, resting, improving, or trying every day to do whatever you can to be the person you want to be… I’m so proud of you, and I hope you are proud of yourself. it hasn’t been easy, but here you are, and you’re doing so good. I love you, keep it up, I know you can do this
Hello there!
I am a nonbinary individual who is really, really, REALLY struggling! I am truly at the end of my rope, and my maximum capacity at this point is to ask for help and hope for the best. Basically my situation is thus:
- No car
- No education past 8th grade (was pulled out of school by parents)
- No job (not for a lack of trying!)
- Homeless (couch surfing)
- Severe depression/anxiety (No access to mental healthcare or meds)
- experiencing intermittent but often extreme gender dysphoria (No access to support, nor means to purchase a binder/packer/ect)
- Often hungry and in environments that are far less than safe as a side-effect of my current circumstances
I began writing commissions in February in hopes that it would lead to some form of income, which sadly did not really pan-out. I still do commissions, but I am also shamelessly accepting donations (I can only take on so many commissions- and my situation is arguably dire).
If you can commission/donate to me, you are honestly a saint- and even if you cant, simply reblogging or sharing qualifies you for sainthood!
This.

YOU ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE
The world is filled with people who, no matter what you do, will point blank not like you. But it is also filled with those who will love you fiercely. They are your people. You are not for everyone and that’s OK. Talk to the people who can hear you.
Don’t waste your precious time and gifts trying to convince them of your value, they won’t ever want what you’re selling. Don’t convince them to walk alongside you. You’ll be wasting both your time and theirs and will likely inflict unnecessary wounds, which will take precious time to heal. You are not for them and they are not for you; politely wave them on, and continue along your way. Sharing your path with someone is a sacred gift; don’t cheapen this gift by rolling yours in the wrong direction.
Keep facing your true north.
