I need to change my job or I will go insane.

The transphobia of this place will kill me. The racism, homophobia, misogyny... I want to work somewhere where when I say that some men can get pregnant because they are trans just gets an 'oh yeah, you're right, did not think of that' instead of, well, you can figure it out.
