Cater: I’ve heard that it’s due to the crystal’s “consideration”, so that the living will not be too attached to the dead. Machina: That’s why they carve their names on the Knowing Tags before they sortie, as proof that they once lived. Machina: The tags which are not claimed after that are proof of those who have died. Rem: And then, we come here to etch the names that are on the remaining tags, that these people have died for Suzaku. Rem: I would always ensure that I have written down the names of people I’ve met and those whom I’ve gone out together in missions. Rem: And when the missions are over, I would check if there are any names I don’t recognize. Rem: When there are names which I don’t remember, I would come here and search for (the grave of) this person whom I should’ve known. Rem: Although I won’t be able to remember them. I love how Rem was explaining stuff to Class Zero since this is technically the first time they were enrolled in the Perisylium XD;;
