English is not my first language, so, If I make a mistake, I'm apologizing right now.😊

I few hours ago I finally finished the DamiRaeZine, and I must say, from the point of view of an avid reader and not of a Damirae shipper, that if, one day in the future, one of the writers decided to write his or her original story, that book (and I'm saying this from my humble opinion) could be, without a doubt, a bestseller.

A few might think, that I'm saying this with bias intention, or with a promotion aim, but is not.

Regarding, if is Damirae, or another shipp that I might liked, of is not good written and redacted, then, not matter how good the plot could be, I would not read it.

I just wanted to sincerely acknowledge the work of all the talent people that worked hard to build this beautiful book: the artists, the betas and the writers; and only hope for another Zine, next year.

my general opinion on shipping is that anything is a game, because 1 it's all fictional anyway, 2 if you tag it properly only people that are actively looking for it will find it, 3 if it's not canon then it's not canon, 4 it's just fun, nothing deep

"but it's problematic or just wrong…" yeah, and what? if you don't like it, it's not for you. if it makes you uncomfortable, remove yourself from the space where it's presented/discussed. "but the author/s never intended for this relationship to be read like that…" yeah, but I'm the author of this art/fic/meta and my intention is different, and I want to present this thing in non-canon context, let me play in this space that would never exist

block people and tags, exclude them from searches, and just enjoy the things you enjoy, instead of looking for things that will make you dislike the fandom

because, you know, that's what fandom is about - enjoying things

Hey guys, hope all is well. So it has come to my attention that several creators have fallen behind in their Damirae Week submissions. Because of this I have decided with the rest of the organization team that we are officially moving the week back to 7/3-7/9. I know some of you may find this inconvenient, but with so many of the creators participating in the Zine and the holiday contest, it’s clear our fandom has experienced a little burn out.
