hey can you do me a favour?? Can you go get that nice pristine sketchbook or journal you've been hoarding and put some kind of mark on the first page? Anything will do, like a smudge of graphite or a blob of ink, or perhaps a very scribbly dinosaur. Just put something there. Please, or the dinosaur will be sad.

Okay my Reylo mutuals/followers (and whoever else would like to answer)…I would like your Reylo recs, please. TLJ made me like their relationship more than I thought I could, but I’ve never actually tried delving into this part of the fandom much. So I’d like to know what fics or meta you’d put in the category of “If this doesn’t make you understand the appeal of this ship nothing will.” Anything but AUs, any rating.
This is a T rated arranged marriage fic set in canonverse, and naturally it doesn’t stick to the canon plot. My dear friend @thisisartbylexie and I wrote this together and I’m still awfully proud of it. It brings the shippy fun, adds in some original characters, and it also fixes a lot of things we wish had been done differently with canon characters. Hope you check it out and enjoy!

I have struggled with this for a while as I was figuring out how to make patterns in Procreate. Well, I think my first Sherlolly pattern is complete! I am really tempted to get it printed on fabric…

Sometime in 2012, I reached out to the author of my favorite Sherlolly fanfic, very shyly sharing a (frankly embarrassingly crude) drawing based on the last chapter I had read of her story. I was actually terrified of doing so, since I hadn’t really drawn anything in a REALLY long time, and while I had done some sketches here and there, this is the first time I ventured to share a scene from a fanfic. It’s not even faithful to the scene! *facepalm*
Thankfully, this author was gracious and kind and the rest, as we say, is history.
It’s been 10 years since then, and as we wrap up 2022, I wanted to reminisce for a moment and I re-drew my original drawing (which I actually cannot find a copy of since it was at least 2 blogs ago). Thank you @strawberrypatty for sharing your story and your friendship with me. It’s been so great!
