“Sweet Seduction”

Another Valentine’s Day offering, this illustration expanded upon the emotions first touched upon in “Tanguero,” but in a more subdued manner. More attention has been placed on detailing in costumes, specifically Christine’s Aminta dress, as it is featured more prominently.

Crochet Romana II.

I kind of like the pink one the most but there's not much seen anywhere what is under the coat because of the loose coat and big white scarf (I know, it's not to be seen anywhere so I shouldn't be bothered either, but you know how I try to be as accurate as possible with my crochet dolls right? Shada outfit would be the most problematic to do - like actual making-wise - but hey, I made Sixth Doctor's coat what could be more difficult right? :) Please reblog for more people to see and feel free to put in tags (or comment) any additional thoughts. Thank you!

For March challenge (Manga) over at @Inkblot-Splatter group on Deviantart. I was wondering which Sailor Moon character I could draw and what pose to choose for them and then I thought - hey, why not try to draw Thirteen in manga style?  And I admit I had much more fun doing it than I expected I would :D.  And I think she turned out lovely even though she doesn't look much like herself. Or does she?

So over a year ago, I had the pleasure of finding the TARDIS Tin that was made to promote the TV Movie back in 1996. Some of the contents weren't the original versions- the screening tickets are replicas, as well as the jelly babies.

(Plus a Fox promotion card, seen on the far left of the bottom photo.)

The set of photos (first seen in 2022) were extras to go with the listing. However, the two other photos (on the right) are legit, actually from the original kit.

The press notes are also the og copy as well. I do believe the VHS is the real version, but the case was remade.

Ah, love little, rare treasures from the TV Movie. Little bits of Who history that make my heart squeal.

If you want closer photos of any of the items, feel free to ask!

I don't know how many of you remember I once started crochet Bessie (11 years ago, ahem), but I made an attempt to resume working on it (did a little bit last year after a VERY LONG time, not sure if I made a post at the time, and now again), so this is what it looks like after finishing the base. (with lots of fiddling with the current bits and (of course) lots of returning and starting again). The piece with the windscreen is not sewed (or however fixed) to the rest yet, I'm worried it won't be very stable. Next step is to figure out the seats. Will I ever finish her? Who knows. Maybe in next 10 years?
