When N lived in the Alliance, he definitely underwent regular medical examinations, and his first 5 years in Black Mesa mostly consisted of medical experiments on him. So when he occupied Mesa, N kept his communication with the medics to an absolute minimum. He used previous drug developments and stimulants for himself, but did not trust anyone. So after meeting Mr. Rider, it was Stanley who was at first responsible for N’s health. Only after some time did he persuade his boyfriend to go to normal doctors. Stanley, of course, is a xenobiologist, but not in that sense))
Stanley will absolutely accompany N to medical examinations, and he has a crowbar as a strong argument!
