MUTUAL AID REQUEST !!

I’m currently at $35/$120 to keep myself in the hotel tomorrow night. I am a queer woc fighting through chronic pain from a long term dv injury, and I’m also healing from a recent toxic relationship.

If just 8 people could spare $10 today, that will be enough to keep me sheltered tomorrow. If you can’t donate, a reblog helps!!

**If you’d prefer to purchase a reading rather than donate, I’m doing 1-question readings! $5.55 for a mini reading, $11.11 for a full reading

•Cashapp: $brianna1x
•Venmo: briannanicole6x

Any help is appreciated!!!!

MUTUAL AID REQUEST

$0 / $1000

Hi all! I hate to make this post, however we are completely out of funds. We are two queer, neurodivergent black women with a cat, all on the verge of being unsheltered and hungry after being unemployed (one for chronic pain reasons)

We both have jobs lined up right now, but we won’t have the funds to make it to the end of December from now since we won’t be paid immediately.

Right now, we are ~$1000 short of keeping ourselves together and keeping a safe place to stay for the remainder of December, and also buy some groceries, gas, and cat food.

  • I do tarot & oracle readings, and I’m currently offering donation-based services to help! Donations of $1-$10 can receive a 3-card spread through DMs. Donations of $10+ will receive a spread of 5 cards or more, depending on the amount, typed and sent through email. DM me if you’re interested in this!
  • IF YOU’RE NOT INTERESTED IN A READING, PLEASE CONSIDER DONATING OR SIMPLY REPOSTING TO BOOST!! Thank you to anyone who helps.

A reminder that it's okay to take time for yourself

These little motivational self care things usually drive me crazy but due to the state of things it's a good reminder. A lot of us are coming into a Lot of free time - my school is shut down and quarantine is for possible a month longer. It's a good time to get ahead but treat yourself kindly, not everyone needs to be productive! Stay safe and sane.

hey guys, here are some pictures of today’s morning study session. this year (for my degree in chinese studies) we haven’t done much written chinese, we focused ourselves more on chinese history, literature, oral and classic chinese, that’s why I’ve decided to study it on my own during my holidays! I’m planning to study 2 lessons every day (text, vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing and listening). so far, I’m doing an amazing job, I learnt 85 words today! I’m now going to read a chinese contemporary mini-story using my book “graded chinese reader 500 words” ☕ have a nice productive day!

I made some studyblr icons! feel free to download and use, but please do not repost, or pass them off as your own, as I worked really hard on these but did not watermark them!

Spring Break was this week for me! I’m celebrating by spending the week with a close friend who moved states recently. I had originally planned to get some school work, planning, and journaling done during the hours he had to work. Instead, I’m getting over a month-long depressive episode and taking it easy. School can be very overwhelming, especially when battling mental illnesses along the way. My break has consisted of lots of Netflix binges, exploring, and naps. I’m still taking it easy while he’s at work, but my goal today is to stay out of bed and get some planning/journaling done! I’m also creating a digital vision board to set as my laptop background. Finally, productivity!

I hope everyone is taking care of themselves this semester. Remember to take breaks and rest when you need to, for as long as you need to! Work ahead, plan self care days, do your best to avoid burn out! We got this! ✨

25.4.17 || 4/100 days of productivity

Today I got a little time to sit down and do some bullet journaling before spending a couple hours doing my digital media lecture for next week. I didn’t get to take many photos today because the sun decided and I had babysitting duties, but I thought these were pretty cute? idk. I hope you’re all swell! 💛

hello! i never had to study in high school and still got through okay. now i'm in my second year of college and i still don't really know how to study effectively. i have tried different study methods but none of them seem to work that well for me. i have failed my first year and even though i'm doing a lot better now i don't want to fail another year. i really want to develop my own study routine but right now everything is all over the place. any advice?

Hello, I’ve been in the same boat and I actually still am! Here are some things that help me:

- Study groups! But only if everyone is going to be productive. Otherwise, I’m also unproductive.

- Leave your room to study! Go to a coffee shop or study on campus in a quiet space. If you can’t leave your room, study at your desk or a place other than your bed. Studying by a window helps too!

- Listen to chill beats or meditation music for focus.

- Study in intervals! You can do 20-30 minutes of studying and take a 5-10 minute break. Set a timer for each! Don’t take a longer break if you know you won’t be able to focus afterwards.

541 | Finally did all of the chores I’ve been putting off for weeks, including taking my car into the shop. Turns out there was a nail in my tire and that’s why it’s been leaking air for the last several weeks, not just because of the cold weather… well. Oops. Cut me some slack, world.
