Lackspiration...
I’m sitting on the train thinking about how it’s been awhile since I posted and how I always intend to be regular with habits, food, diary entries, exercise, learning a language.. etc
I honestly have no idea why I find it so hard to start and keep a good habit. I’m wanting some inspiration because currently I’m lacking it.
What keeps you motivated?
How do you force yourself to do something you’re otherwise dreading?
