Madam Granger, Chapter 14
...he is a quivering arrow, waiting for her hand to release.
So, my friends, we fight not one beast, but legions that go on age after age after age, feeding on the blood of the living.
Have you read Donna Tartt's The Secret History? If so, what did you think?
i think donna tartt can seriously write, but she has a tendency to bloviate which sometimes enhances a paragraph, but sometimes makes reading her prose a chore. i enjoyed the secret history, but also think it's a tad overrated (i know everyone in dark academia circles loves it, but it just felt too overwrought to me)
So. I found Madam Granger, fell irrecoverably enthralled, and had to see if you wrote more. Now I have found that you wrote a George/Mary story? Never even thought of the ship and there it is for me to read all at once?! You monstrous thing, it is wonderful. Although I have to ask: are you ever going to move it onto AO3?
aww, this is lovely, thank you! "you monstrous thing" i love that. i will post the mary/wickham fic on ao3 too eventually.
Madam Granger, Chapter 13
“You don’t look like you want to fix my dress.”
You look like you want to destroy it.
Power and Control, Chapter 13
"You'd save your teeth just for me, wouldn't you?"
Hi!i really liked your fic Power and Control, will you update it and if so when??thank you anyway:)
thank you! an update is coming somewhere around September/October :)
I’m not sure how to comment on fanficnet, but I’m rereading Stepbrother for the gazillionth time, and I just... God, I get chills every time. No idea how you created something so beautiful/raw. It’s like... it perfectly encapsulates all the innocence of childhood without forgetting how vicious children are. I love the push and pull of little Tom & Hermione. And god, the imagery! The scene with blood and water, and then the story about gnarled apples. Ugh, it’s art!
thank you so much! it's always wonderful to hear reactions to that fic because it's so special to me <3 i am trying to update it and post it on ao3 as well, but i'm so glad you enjoy rereading it!
Madam Granger, Chapter 12
“You know what to do next,” she says hoarsely.
“I’m afraid I will need clear instructions,” he says slowly, deliberately.
Hermione has to go back in time...to make Tom Riddle worse. (Or, what if Hermione had to make sure Tom Riddle became Voldemort?)
Madam Granger, Chapter 11
“Good.” She strokes the back of his head. “Very good.”
Madam Granger, Chapter 10
"You should know I hate being made a fool."
Hermione feels his fingers on her ankle, gentle at first, then tight like a vise.
Hi! I love love love your fic “Madam Granger”, it’s one of the best Tomione fix I’ve read, the characterization of both of them is so on point. I was wondering if you have an update schedule? Cause now after reading the 9th chapter I’m dying to know what’s next haha
thank you so much! very glad you like my characterization! i'm working on the 10th chapter!
