That's what I found scribbled on my Bierfilzle when returning to my sunbed after having frequented the unisex toilet at my local queer-friendly open-air harbour bar. Wat means?
if this is Old English, it must mix in some modern words, and some is spelt wrong. it could also be Frisian, Old Saxon or Old High German or suchlike and i'm not familiar with all the words. but my, first of all, 'critical edition' of the passage, normalized to the West Saxon dialect, would look like this:

cuckold is a word with Old French origins which we get via Middle English; 'cuccold' sometimes appears as a variant spelling in Early Modern English and there is a placename, 'Cuccold's Mill.' i don't know what an Old English word for the concept would be, or if they had one, so perhaps that's why one was borrowed from its descendants. mรฆgdenfriend for girlfriends is a fine neologism. winheall, instead of meduheall, is a witticism.
i think some of these words are meant as a sort of 'Dog Old English' which really make sense to modern ears. "cuntebeatana" is nonsense; i have interpreted it as another borrowing of later "cunt", compounded with be- (prefix about, around, surrounding) etan (past tense can be รฆton), which would refer in some way to cunnilingus. but if you interpret it as dog, then say it out loud: 'cuntbeatana', the cuntbeaten cuckold. that makes sense to me.
wende is in OE actually a suffix, -wende, which means 'wise' as in clockwise, eg. halwende (whole-wise, healthy). they might be enjambing it with the previous line (giving mรฆgdenfriendwende, 'girlfriendswise') which would make sense. but i've interpreted it as them reaching for the word 'went', in which case it should actually be 'far' (travelled, went) or eode (went, walked). wittig means wise (say it: 'witty'). so we're trying to say we went to the winehall wisely or with knowledge.
รฐu bist means you are. geah looks a bit like several Old English words, but doesn't make sense as them (รฐeah = though, seah = see). so i think it's dog, and we're supposed to read it as "gay": "you are gay"! therefore:
the cuntbeaten cuckold // with girlfriends went to the winehall knowing // you're gay
that's my best guess. it's a strange thing to say to somebody; who is the cuckold? you? the poet? i know you are German, so perhaps you'd read the dog portions differently and get a different meaning to German ears, one that makes more sense. by the way, this is written in perfect period-accurate alliterative verse.

Relief for Rafah community kitchen needs funds to provide people with water and hygienic supplies.
With crossings closed and prices rising, basic supplies are out of the reach of many families. R4R is buying supplies in bulk and distributing them for free. In the past they have distributed packages including pasta, oil, vegetables, medicine, and water, and provided cash aid to orphans.
The latest initiative provided packages of cleaning supplies and basic hygiene items: shampoo, toothpaste, dishwashing liquid, and menstrual pads.
