Where To Donate/

Lend a Hand/

How To Help

Also contains some important posts and information about many things going on globally, particularly genocides.

I will update this from time to time, so please check back! Also, you can take a look at my (#where to donate) and (#lend a hand) tags for individuals needing help as well.
Please note: as I have become more and more aware of the world, it is increasingly harder to make master posts. Many things will have to be found under country hashtags now. I'm sorry, but it's become difficult and overwhelming to try to keep track of everything, but I'm trying my best. I will try to make master posts for some things, but with the amount coming out about Palestine and the bombing and atrocities and attacks israel has done in and outside of Palestinian territories and in other Middle Eastern counties, it's too much information coming out daily.

•Indigenous Communities Thread

Last Updated: November 23rd, 2023

This thread was my last pinned post. If I come across more, I will add to it. It contains COVID relief links where you can donate to various organizations including a Legal Fund For Indigenous Women" and to the Indian Residential School Fund. Also, a typhoon hit multiple Native Alaskan communities, tore them to shreds. They are without food. The Rosebud Sioux have been buried by a blizzard and need help. Also it has links of places to donate instead of celebrating the colonial genocidal holiday of "Thanksgiving"

->Click Here for information on the genocide being committed against the Brazilian Indigenous population (Added to this list on 6/30/21)

•India: COVID and Farmers Protests

*Updated: May 23rd, 2021

•Palestine: Information and How to Help

*Updated October 12th, 2023

Because Tumblr wouldn't let me put anymore links in to this post (at least not in the way I wanted, might have to change how I do all this), I made a separate post for Palestine. I will probably be making updates to that, so please keep checking back. But since so much is going on and available about Palestine since October 7th, 2023, please know that I can't add it all to that list. Because of the flood of information, I actually have been at a loss as to how to add any of it. Instead, please check out my #palestine and (#free Palestine) tags. There's also stuff under #israel (#fuck the israeli government) (#fuck israeli nationalists) #gaza and other tags.

•About the Ban on Being Queer in Hungary

This post also has a link to the largest LGBT+ organization in Hungary that you can donate too.
Article from November 1st, 2023 that states teens have been banned from going to art exhibit with LGBT+ photos.

• Mutual Aid Disaster Relief resource list masterpost

Maui Fire Aid

•The Genocide in the Congo

I also have posts under #congo and (#congo genocide). Like with most genocides, this is about resources. I believe this one is cobalt. It's used in electronic devices.

•Genocide in Sudan

I haven't come across specific posts on Tumblr about the genocide in Sudan, but I will try to make a master post about that as well when the opportunity presents itself. I have barely scratched the surface of the Sudanese history and the ongoing silent genocide there that the world is also ignoring, so I can't outright make a post myself, but I do need to at least mention it here. I have more information about it on IG, where my awareness of it began. Most of the things I have seen related to Sudan on here have also been tied to posts about the DRC and Palestine. In the mean time, please look under #sudan and (#sudan genocide) hashtags.

•Yemen

Yemen has been experiencing a famine for I believe 9 years. Like the previous three entries, I am newly discovering information about what is going on. There is so much to keep up with everywhere, but people need to know that Yemen has been the only country (well, one of their governments) to use combat to stand up Palestinian. Lebanese rebels have also been helping, but Yemen is paying the price for their assistance. In late 2023, I believe it was December 5th or so, the UN World Food Programme announced that they would stop sending food to Yemen under the excuse they didn't have the money. However, this is weeks after Yemen Houthi declared war on israel for what the occupation what doing to Palestinians (genocide). Yemeni fighters have also taken ships headed to israel when crossing their waters. The US and other colonizer nations are gathering forces to fight the Yemeni Houthis (and I believe some Somali Pirates) who have taken it upon themselves to aid the Palestinians through force. If anyone knows of any good charities to donate to that can help Yemen, please let me know. #Yemen

• "israel" vs. Middle East

"israel" has been attacking Lebanon, Syria, and I believe even Egypt. Over the past two months, since October 7th, 2023, the attacks against Syria and especially Lebanon have increased. Lebanese journalists have been murdered, and areas of Lebanon have constantly been bombed, along with some airports in Syria. Any information I post on this will try to contain the #Lebanon and #Syria tags.

I have Daily Quick Actions you can take for Palestine, several GFMs, Palestinian and Palestinian Diaspora businesses, Aid Orgs you can donate to that are on the ground and Palestine and elsewhere, other linktrees that are Palestine and non-Palestine related, and I will continue to add things there.

I really need help on this one, especially because I created it so I'm going to have to be his biggest advocate.

Hi, I'm Riley, I'm from the US, and I'm creating this fundraiser for Mohammed Seyam - who is in Belgium - to help his brother, Dr. Ahmed Seyam, and Ahmed's family. This message is from Ahmed with some minor edits for clarity.

"Hello Dear,

I'm Dr. Ahmed and am a surgeon working in gaza. I'm married and I have 3 children, the oldest 7 years old and the youngest 2 years old.

Now, in this barbaric war, I leave my family several days in bad condition and bad sanitation in small tents in Rafah at south of Gaza Strip during my duty as a surgeon, but the situation become critical and the health status for my children become worse due to bad hygiene and the shortage of water.

Also my flat in the north of Gaza damaged badly.

There is nothing left for me in this place. I want to flee with my family and find a safe country for them.

Help me. To leave, I need $30000 to do travel coordination.

This is my family:

And this is me doing my work:

The food actually ran out, and signs of fatigue and exhaustion appeared on our faces.

Weight loss has become evident on our bodies. Grains, flour, rice, fodder, and even animal feed ran out. There was nothing left.

Poverty, siege, killing, starvation, destruction, and cold. This is part of what we live in the southern of Gaza Strip. Children died, the milk of nursing mothers dried up, and we fell into a state of danger.

We issue the final warning: between life and death there are limited steps and hours."

Paying to get out through the Rafah gate costs from $7,000-$8,000 for adults and $2,000-$3,000 for children, and Ahmed is looking to evacuate his family of five. He will also need money for travel expenses.

Please help Dr. Ahmed and his family. Every donation - no matter how small - helps and can give hope.

We're €55 away from €4,000. Can we get it there today, please?

Please, please keep helping my friend. Boost, donate. Please.

We're at €3250 now! We've gotten to one-tenth of our goal. Please, please keep boosting! If you can also contribute something, even something small, that would be fantastic.

I'm thankful that Ahmed and his family have been getting food, but they really need to get out of Gaza.

Ireland and Norway are both moving closer to recognising Palestinian statehood, leaders of the two countries expressed separately after meetings with Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, who also champions the move. Ireland wants to recognise Palestine soon, but in a coordinated action with Spain and more European nations, the country’s Prime Minister Simon Harris said after meeting Sanchez in Dublin on Friday.Earlier in the day, Sanchez travelled to Oslo, where Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store said his country also “stands ready” to recognise Palestine together with “like-minded countries”. Sanchez said Spain wants to recognise Palestine “as soon as possible”, leveraging the move as a way to gain momentum for a definitive peace process. The current efforts come as the mounting deaths, starvation and infrastructure damage in the besieged Gaza Strip due to Israel’s war have resulted in growing international criticism.
