idk what everyone is so sad about, I totally loved the after credits scene where Helen Cho used Extremis and the Cradle to heal Tony after the snap, the bleeding edge armor took on the form of a prosthetic arm when Tony’s was beyond repair, and he then had the rest of his life to recover and be with his loved ones and his four children with cheeseburgers for everyone!!! 😭😭😭 such a heartwarming and perfect ending wow!!!!!

Happy two year anniversary to episode seven of Yuri!!! on Ice, the episode that changed so many lives and made anime history. 

Let’s never forget how Sayo Yamamoto had to fight for this scene, per her words, and how much push back she had from higher powers that insisted it didn’t need to be there. But Sayo was confident in her work and believed they’d understand how important it was when they saw it. 

Never forget how precarious Sayo’s position was, as a woman in a hugely male dominated industry, pushing for an explicit m/m romance in an anime that she’d already had enough trouble getting greenlighted as was. That she got what she did in there, something so clearly romantic and so 100% an obvious kiss, even with the arm blocking it, is a testament to her hard work and conviction. 

Two years on and this is still such an important scene, and I’m still so happy for the gift that Sayo, Kubo, and Mappa gave us with Yuuri, Victor, and the love that they share. I can’t wait to see what they have in store with us for the movie. 

Tony: How do you want your coffee Pete?

Peter, calling Tony: Uh, Mr. Stark. What—what happened to my suit?

Tony: Sorry kid, but I don’t know what you’re talking about. Can you be more specific?

Peter: Well, I went to put on my suit, and well… it’s black now.

Tony: Oh, that. Yeah, I made you a new one to go with your goth phase, Mr. Black Soul.

hot take: the problem isnt the manic pixie dream girl. its the boring ass moody emotional leech guy she always gets paired with. we need more manic pixie dream characters. just give them partners who are as great as them or let them be happy alone! no more smart, beautiful, optimistic, kind girls getting paired with actual mosquitoes of men!

Also: make some manic pixie dream boys. If I wanna see romance maybe I wanna see a giddy boy full of positive energy who tells you fun facts about the constellations. Stop teaching boys they have to be moody and sad and they have to find salvation in a dream girl, this is how you breed Bad Men.

I thought about this for a while and I’ve only ever been able to identify one manic pixie dream guy and it’s buddy the elf from elf and I don’t know what to think about that.

Steve finds all these cool science facts on facebook/ twitter and always tags Tony in them with captions like ‘is this real???!!!’ and ‘Tony look!’ bc he’s so so amazed by it all & Tony always reads through them with responses like ‘yeah babe it’s brilliant isn’t it’ and ‘no that one’s fake sweetheart but I agree it would definitely be awesome if it was true’ bc honestly watching Steve fascinate himself with the world around him is one of the most beautiful and perfectly pure things Tony will ever see and he would happily indulge in that activity forever if he could.
