Hey, I was in the process of replaying Superstition from scratch in order to start Season 3 with everything fresh in my mind.

But because of the overhaul of Season 1 you're planning to do, do you think I should still go on with that, or should I rather wait for you to actually release the update to Season 1?

Answering this now for all those curious and who may be doing the same and want to know if they need to wait.

It mostly depends on how much you care. SHORT ANSWER: you don't have to as S3 will have the necessary CC. But I think you should. There's just too many additions and tweaks happening.

LONG ANSWER:

I've added a tons of things in Ep1 by itself already and I'm not even done. I'll list some of the major changes so you can get an idea below.

Zillah is now romanceable in S1
Chanara will be introduced in S1 and also romanceable out the gate
Tons of romance scenes beings added and tweaked to fit new scenes, better convey ideas, and due to shifts in personality system
A bunch of smaller variables for characters being added (e.g. bad habits, height, sub-classes, religious, etc)
Nerve stat tweak
An additional scar in the beginning as well as a tweak on the main fears
Plot fixes!!

And then probably a bunch of other things I just don't remember off the top of my head.

So yea, I do think if you want to get the grand scope, wait and play it when S1 updates. As in S3, if you don't, you'll notice that Chanara no longer is some new character you know nothing about. You won't have some variables that won't be in the CC cos they'll be too many of them and are mostly flavor text.

S2 will be getting a similar treatment, can't say if it'll be as grand though but possibly because of all the changes S1 will have.

I'm going to answer this only because it doesn't matter, yes though. 50+ is friend, 49 and down is rival. You probably was teetering and a choice changed it or a bug said fuck it and hit you.

But it doesn't matter. The redux ... can I call it a redux ... *looks up redux definition* ... the revision isn't going to be Friend x Rival at all and is going to be my go-to system now of Disposition A x Disposition B.

The dom/sub thing is going to be purely based on choices like how it should've been from the get go. At most, one disposition will have Zillah behaving more forceful/dominant but it won't always translate over to sex.

Alright, if you were following along on Tumblr asks then you may know that some shit has shifted. Superstition S1 is going to be updated to 4.0 due to two major reasons I'll list below.

If I don't bring Superstition up to date with my current style then it's going to die. I can already tell. It's my oldest ongoing project and the fact that it's ongoing means that it's in this weird in-between state. If any of you mf'ers say "then hurry up and finish it" I will do nothing but stare at you in disappointment. K, glad we can get past that.
To bring it up to date, it needs to match with some of my current visions of where the story has gone. S1 doesn't represent that well. S2 does but not 100% and S3 is pretty fine.

4.0 will be me fixing bugs, and introducing new ones *jazz hands*. Implementing the way I do relationships now: Disposition System + Loyalty. Tweaking variables and stats. Editing some of the story to better fit the current vision and hope to remove blaring plot holes. And anything else I feel is needed but don't want to vocally talk about.

This is why the guides were taken down completely. They were already out-dated but now they'll be even more outdated. They will make a return, my lovely friend Neri has volunteered to do it. She is also the one who handles the ToA Guide so a special thanks to her.

I just completed C5 and dabbled a little into Ch6. This is where my main focus of March was. The current word count is sitting at 156k. And my fingers have told me that I can gladly go and fuck myself.

AAA I can't think of the scene afterwards there's a lot of possibilities hahaha *ehem* but I know you will!

I just think that there's no way Roe wouldn't get too happy for hugging Sydero more than once to that point where Roe wouldn't be dreaming for that(or it might be just me wanna give Sydero more hugs cause gurl deserve it... even tho she doesn't like it hahaha)

I can see if it will ever come up but I am very ... what's the word ... too early, brain said no think.

Selective ... it's not picky ... I feel like selective is close enough. I am very selective when it comes to Syd and hugs, even when unintentional. So, I'll add it to my notes but I can't sit here and say oh yes Anon, you shall see this scene.
