Don't worry, we'll be sending out an email to all who purchased physical copies of the zine once it is ready to ship, so keep an eye out for that in the next few weeks. We'll announce once the email has been sent out, so if you don't receive it after that, please get in touch with us.
Hi, I found your shop website a few weeks ago and got super excided to see that both volume 1 and 2 (preorder) were available for order, but now the shop website is no longer working? Is there still a way for me to buy a copy of both volumes? Would love a hard- or softcopy if either or both, if still available?

Who sleeps beside you at night, Libra? The stars need to know. The chill that caresses your skin, the cold breath that shivers down your spine, that constant nagging something that’s there, but then again… isn’t. Their face is the same one you’ve always loved, isn’t it? No, the stars are shouting it, NO! It’s different. Different in the hollowing of their smile, and the pallid skin that no longer crinkles with mirth around their eyes. What you know in your gut is true, the stars confirm it. This is not your love, their eyes are black, the voids at their center expand, wide and consuming. The blackness there will pull you in… if you aren’t careful, Libra, your eyes will grow black too. The stars think it’s time to start dating again.

And I don't know about everyone else, but time just seems to disappear so quickly these days--the finale feels like it happened yesterday, but somehow it's already June?? The zine is definitely forthcoming, and we thank everyone who ordered so much for their patience. We can't wait to be able to get your copies out to you <3

Hello everyone! A quick update for y’all regarding the zine. We are in the final stages of proofing the layout, making sure the design is looking as perfect as can be. Pictured is one of the many spot illustrations @blueeyesandpie has been working on! We will be sharing a few more spots and snippets to give you guys an idea of the quality you can look forward to, and hopefully we are super close to printing so that we can let you guys get your hands on this beautiful zine. Thank you all so much for your patience in this crazy year that has turned so many people’s lives upside down, and we hope that when you get it, you love this zine as much as we do <3
What’s the status on volume 2? And how are you doing?
Heya bats! We’re doing well all around, I think. Mostly we’re just trying to get through this finale alive! The last couple of weeks in Destiel-land feels like it’s been simultaneously two years and two days. On the book side of things our printer did approve our order and is back to full volume. We have some adjustments to make to the print files before getting the final proof so we’re hoping this latest round of closures in some states doesn’t end up further affecting our order. We’re just trying to get that in as quick as possible to head off any more delays with this second (third?) wave.

Just a little note from Mod Crypto:
The mod sit-down got sorta pushed to the side. My dad passed right after the last update and I haven't had the emotional bandwidth to work on anything aside from the bare minimum (and hardly even that) of my real life commitments.
I just wanted to let y'all know I didn't forget you. The staff sit-down will still happen, we have ideas to get stuff moving again, and we'll have a good update for you soon. I just need a little bit of time to get my feet back underneath me.

Hey everyone!
Things have been pretty much on hold the past couple months here at Profound headquarters due to covid and all the changes it has brought with it. The mod team is still adapting to the huge changes in our home and work lives, but we're all doing our best to roll with the punches and keep our chins up. We appreciate the kind asks and tweets we've gotten asking how we're doing.
The print shop we are using for the book is still backlogged currently, but it looks like things are starting to move quicker. The merch is mostly good to go with the exception of the pin, but the manufacturer for those is back to full operation so they are well on their way to being ready.
We want to get this volume finished up and out to everyone as soon as possible. The mod team is going to be having an all-staff meeting during this week to see how we can get things moving a bit faster.
We'll have a more detailed update after that and we'll make sure to provide more frequent status updates for y'all.
We really appreciate everyone's patience and continued support.

Hello everyone,
As you all are aware, our world has fallen into a pandemic which has impacted upon businesses, jobs, families and life as we know it. We as a team can just imagine how hard it’s been for all of you, as it’s been hard on us too. We hope you all are staying safe!
With that said we want to keep you updated. With the virus closing schools and impacting on workplaces and jobs, it’s been a lot for our staff personally to keep up with. While we have continuously been working on the layout of the zine, the next few weeks will be slow going. Once we’re all settled into this new way of life and fires aren’t burning everywhere for us all, we will continue making progress on the zine.
The coronavirus has also impacted certain manufacturers we use for our products. When we get the ball rolling again, we’ll make sure to contact them and provide an update for you all.
We thank you so much for your patience during this time and for your support. We appreciate you all and the love you show to our zine. We want you to know that vol. 2 will come, don’t you worry, it’s just not going to be shipped as soon as we all wanted it to. We also want to shout out our beautiful contributors for their patience and support. We want nothing more than for everyone to see your creations. Please bear with us as we take the time to focus on our personal lives so that we can make it possible.
As soon as we are able to, we will provide an update. We aren’t going anywhere and we are all still super excited for this volume.

Is it possible to get back orders of the previous issues?

All extras from volume 1 were sold in an extras sale, but after fulfilment of volume 2 we will have a similar sale for this volume. However, it won't be until after all of the Volume 2 orders are shipped and confirmed as received. There is a PDF version of Volume 1 along with some vol. 1 merch still available at our shop if you’d like to get your hands on any of those!
