Scammer pretending to be a Palestinian v3

Now running their scam for about 2 months straight, this scammer is known to take their posts from real GoFundMe’s (Examples of used content) and reuse them as their own even going as far as impersonating the real Palestinian who created the original fundraiser. One of the common tactics is that you’ll get their asks if you regularly share Palestine content on your blog. Please check to see how old the pinned post is and see if you find its contents elsewhere if you search part of the post in a preferred search engine. Be aware that the scam accounts listed here are not the owners of any GoFundMe’s and will usually claim they have one pending. Their pfps are almost always images stolen off the fundraisers too.

Please keep in mind this post isn’t to say all Palestine mutual aid blogs are scams! Rather, this post is meant to explain that there is a scammer pretending to be one and stealing posts from real ones. They will always reblog only a few Palestine posts and then reblog nothing else aside from answering asks.

Love how tumblr has its own folk stories. Yeah the God of Arepo we’ve all heard the story and we all still cry about it. Yeah that one about the woman locked up for centuries finally getting free. That one about the witch who would marry anyone who could get her house key from her cat and it’s revealed she IS the cat after the narrator befriends the cat.

From Quds News, we can see the car is clearly marked as World Central Kitchen (WCK) even from above. Check this post for the WCK statement on the attack but also have a look at how the spins & lies have already begun:

You don't need to be an expert to know a roadside bomb would have hit that car differently. Like do they think our eyes and brains don't work?

WCK had 3 cars in their convoy and have reported 7 workers total killed. Now they have suspended operations for aid delivery. Aid from every direction is being blocked and affected in the strip, israel is starving the people of Gaza and killing anyone who tries to get food or give them food. It's insane and that word doesn't feel like enough but I don't know what else to say at this point.

Maternity kits, medical threads and scissors, water testing kits, anesthetics, mobile desalination units, etc do you see the pattern? Israel is not only starving the people of Gaza but it also wants to ensure the spread of disease through contaminated water and surgical tools, as well as ensuring injured Palestinians suffer through horrendous pain.

This is part of an ever-growing list of documented atrocities committed by Israel in the five months since 7 October – quite separate from the carpet bombing of 2.3 million Palestinians in Gaza and a famine induced by Israel’s obstruction of aid. And yet while the western establishment media has been chock full of the most lurid allegations of savagery directed against Hamas, sometimes with little or no supporting evidence, Israeli atrocities are excused or quickly forgotten. Accusations against Hamas are endlessly reheated to paint a picture of a supremely dangerous and bestial militant group, in turn rationalising the slaughter and starvation of Gaza’s population to “eradicate” it as a terrorist organisation. But equally barbarous atrocities committed by Israel – not in the heat of battle, but in cold blood – are treated as unfortunate, isolated incidents that cannot be connected, that paint no picture, that reveal nothing of import about the military that carried them out. While western politicians and commentators worry about some imaginary existential threat those brief events of five months ago pose to the nuclear-armed state of Israel, Israel is quite literally wiping Gaza off the map day by day, quite undisturbed.

I have come to learn that every time Israel accuses Hamas of doing something, they have more likely than not also done it themselves.

Talking to experts when I was young used to drive me nuts because I would say something self-evidently straightforward, and they would say, "Well, it's not actually as simple as that..."

And then I got older and learned things on the way, and found people asking me questions that were straightforward, but the equivalent of "Why isn't it obvious to everyone that there is only one right way of doing the thing...?" and I would reply, "Well, it's not as simple as that..." and watch them decide that I probably didn't know what I was talking about.
